Review Body: Booked this for my bachelorette and had a great time! Wanted to bring my dog along plus have some AC areas to chill at so this was perfect. The 4 hrs flew by so quickly! We took lots of photos especially during sunset (the friendly captain/guide helped us), played with floating mat, sup and kayak(dog can join too) and had yummy bbq food. You can also bring own drinks/ alcohol. Ps ktv was down- this was communicated to us during booking so no issues

Review Body: Overall great experience! We were well taken care of from arriving at meetup point to alighting from the yacht. Lawrence and Ben were extremely helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed our time even when it rained heavily at one point. There was an unexpected delay due to leaking gas at the port, but they were kind enough to extend our time so we still maximised our 4 hours. We also lost one accessory but the team were very considerate and made it easy for us to settle the compensations. Highly recommended and will book again in the future!

Review Body: Our party had an amazing time out at sea with Ben and Shar. Ben was extremely helpful and made sure our party was safe when we were in the water and gave us suggestions on what we activities we can do. This experience was so much better than our 1st (with another cruise company) and we enjoyed ourselves so much. We would definitely sail with Minmed Cruise again next time!

Review Body: Yacht had broken down just before we were supposed to board. This was only made known to us when 30 minutes before boarding. The captain also arrived late so the works only begun after he arrived. We were told of different issues happening - flooding of the deck, aircon not working etc. After waiting for an hour, we were finally given the green light to board. However, the crew did not tell us that there's no electricity until we prompted him and checked if there's aircon. Which means no KTV, no microwave, no aircon, and there's also no fan onboard. It was also raining which added to our anger as there's nothing we could do even we could board the yacht. We were very dissappointed as did we not managed to set sail. It was a very unpleasant experience and poor management. Yacht checks and maintenance should have been done 1 day before to ensure the boat is safe to sail but it was only done 30mins before. Instead of us travelling down and making a wasted trip, they could have done this earlier and informed us earlier. Please be careful when making a booking with them.

The Captain will ask for your preference before sailing off.
