Swiss watchmaking workshop led by a master, right here in Singapore
Ever wondered how a mechanical watch works, with all its tiny gears ticking in perfect harmony? This fascinating hands-on masterclass lets your team step into the world of Swiss watchmaking right here in Singapore—no trip to Switzerland required. Led by a Master Watchmaker with over 30 years of industry experience, you’ll learn how every piece comes together through patience, precision and, above all, teamwork.Unlike other generic team bonding activities, this one takes place in a working watchmaker’s studio and gives you the chance to actually try traditional watchmaking techniques. It’s the only experience of its kind in Singapore, and perfect for small teams who want to learn something new together while creating a keepsake to bring home. Whether you’re into watches or just love hands-on experiences, this is a brilliant way to step off the beaten path and try your hand at a rare craft. This is especially great for curious minds, watch enthusiasts, or teams looking to improve their collaboration in a memorable, meaningful way. What to ExpectStep inside an actual Swiss watchmaking studio in SingaporeBe guided by a real Swiss Master Watchmaker with 30+ years of experienceGet an insider’s intro to the world of haute horlogerie, including tools and classic techniquesTry your hand at perlage, a decorative finishing technique used in fine mechanical watchesCreate your own perlage piece to take home—a classy memento of your time togetherEnjoy light Swiss refreshments in a cosy, welcoming spaceGood to KnowThis experience is private — perfect for team bonding or small group gatherings (minimum 6 pax and up to 12 pax)2 weeks lead-time is required to make a team bookingAll tools and materials for the perlage activity are providedLight refreshments included, but it’s not a full meal, so it’s best to eat beforehandThis isn’t a watch assembly activity—you won’t be building an entire watch, but rather learning and trying specific techniques

Michael Dubs and Phyllis Dubs-Lye started their business in 2024 with a simple goal—to make traditional watchmaking more accessible and appreciated by today’s learners and collectors. Michael, a real Swiss Master Watchmaker with over 30 years of experience (including 16 years at Audemars Piguet!), had always wanted to share the art and precision of horology with others, and together, they’ve built something that does just that. They're focused on keeping classes affordable while still keeping the business going. Looking ahead, they hope to support underserved communities and show young people there’s more than one path to success. It’s not just about watches for them—it’s about sharing skills, opening doors, and building a community where everyone feels welcome to learn.
