Meet your host
Sheila Yang is the thoughtful mind behind Amanita Kombucha. Since 2019, she’s been crafting kombucha and ferments that reflect her deep respect for plants, culture, and community. Her journey began with personal exploration and grew into something truly unique after a meaningful collaboration with farmers in Northern Thailand. Sheila’s sessions are hands-on and rooted in real experience—she brings together herbal wisdom, fermentation know-how, and stories from her own path. Before this, she worked alongside the Deaf community in Singapore, helping make communication more accessible. Sheila’s work is all about connection—whether it’s with nature, food, or each other—and you’ll feel that in everything she does.
