You’ll get to taste chocolate at every stage of the process, starting with a crunchy cacao bean dragee, followed by a refreshing cacao husk lemon tea (made sustainably from upcycled husks for zero waste!). Then, taste a rich chocolate bar and the signature bon bon – featuring a bold local twist with soy sauce – before ending on a curated chocolate tart made with silky chocolate ganache, crafted right in-house.If you’re the kind of person who cares about where your food comes from and loves a deeper story behind what you eat, you’ll really enjoy this thoughtful, small-group experience. While there’s no big list of public contributions yet, his quiet dedication shows in the care he puts into his project. He’s the kind of host who’s more interested in meaningful work than flashy headlines, and that makes all the difference.
