Review Body: This was hands down one of the best tours I've ever been on. From the moment I booked, Riza was incredibly professional and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout. He reached out in advance with clear information about what to expect, what to bring, and what I should prepare for, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. He even arrived early for pickup. What really sets Riza apart from many other guides is that he doesn't just take you from point A to point B. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and local culture, and he genuinely enjoys sharing that knowledge. Nothing felt scripted or rushed. Throughout the entire day, he was friendly, patient, and always looking out for me. As a solo female traveler, feeling comfortable and safe is important, and Riza went above and beyond in that regard. He was always considerate, checked in regularly to make sure I was doing okay, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. It honestly felt less like an organized tour and more like spending the day exploring with friends. Mount Bromo itself is absolutely spectacular. The landscapes are unlike anything I've ever seen, and despite the crowds, Riza and Ben knew exactly where to go to make the most of the experience. We visited so many incredible spots throughout the day, and I never felt rushed at any of them. Ben who joined us as the photographer was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to him, I came away with some amazing photos that I never could have captured on my own. Even with lots of people around, he somehow managed to find great angles and locations for beautiful shots. What I appreciated most was how flexible the whole experience was. Riza was always open to ideas and things I wanted to see or do, while also offering great suggestions and options along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their English was excellent, making everything easy and enjoyable. The entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way. This tour didn't just make my day, it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Indonesia. If I ever return to Bromo, I would request Riza and Ben again without hesitation :)

Review Body: Our host were very friendly with great English! Highly recommend over the standard Bromo tours that pack you in like sardines, and no one speaks English. TLDR: We learnt a lot from our host, and the trip felt very premium - very prompt communication, pick-up, nice car and good food. We also picked the sunset trip which we would highly recommend because there were like 3 other jeeps at Bromo and we felt like we were discovering a hidden gem (which we know Bromo definitely isn't at sunrise!) Great: - Communication: Our host was very timely/good at communicating. They sent me WA quite soon after I booked. And then the individual guide also WA me a few days before the trip with important info. It was nice because I felt like I had all the details I needed re what to wear etc, and I also had the phone number of the person who was picking me up which is key! - Logistics: Small details also good - eg they had chargers in the car which was very helpful. And also lots of water for us. Lunch place was also nice. - Good english: the guide also had very good english and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about Mt Bromo and why it's so important to the locals, and also learnt alot about Surabaya which is amazing. Felt like we really knew the place after our trip. - We also loved that it was a private tour. Felt a lot more intimate esp with the sunset trip because it felt like we had all of Bromo to ourselves.

Review Body: We had a great trip with our guide Ikhsan & our driver Sigit. Ikhsan is super positive, easy to talk to & flexible to accomodate to us - for instance we decided last minute to add a sunrise trip from our hotel and Ikhsan was quick to speak to his agency to organize that extra (paid) add-on. He also takes great pictures & is super creative & proactive in organizing things (eg where to stop for pictures, where we should stand) so we could just lay back & enjoy. He even kindly lended us his own jacket because the stands ran out of jacket in the morning (it was 5*C so don’t underestimate) Having seen both sunset & sunrise it was totally worth it because the view is ++++ vs the sunset, & Seruni point is just as good as KingKong Hill, with way less traffic jam The sunset has an amazing strength of seeing the crater without people tho, which i would still 100% recommend because being on the crater with 1000 people is NOT pleasant Our driver Sigit was amazing in driving us on time to the SUB airport, after our flight got advanced by 1 hour. Could be improved: - We would have wanted to hear more about history of Bromo, the local culture - Organize a jacket rental option / bring extra blanket beforehand for summer visitors to avoid running into sold out situation - easy to fix I’m sure and game changer for your visitors !

Review Body: Our Mount Bromo tour was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Hirman, and our wonderful driver, Mr. Anton. From the very beginning, their attentiveness, hospitality, and great sense of humor made us feel taken care of and excited for the adventure ahead. They picked us up right on time and even brought us water for the journey. We arrived at the sunrise viewpoint well ahead of the crowd - big shout-out to our jeep driver Pak W as well! Hirman even set up a mattress for us so we could lie back, stargaze, and relax while waiting for the sunrise. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the moment even more special. We also appreciate that Hirman took the time to explain the geological history of Mount Bromo, which added depth to the experience. Plus, he took amazing photos and videos! 💯 Even though we stayed up from 11:30 PM, every moment was worth it. This tour exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t recommend Hirman and Mr. Anton enough. If you're thinking of doing the Bromo sunrise tour, this is the team you want by your side!

Review Body: Wir hatten eine wundervolle Tagestour mit Melati zum Mount Bromo. Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und dann ging es in Richtung Bromo. Melati war sehr respektvoll, interessiert, offen und herzlich, sprach Deutsch und konnte uns viel über Kultur, Natur, Land und Leute erzählen. Am Mount Bromo ging es in unserem Tempo auf den Vulkan, wir hatten genug Zeit, um uns alles anzuschauen, die Aussicht zu genießen und Fotos zu machen. Melati hat uns auch immer wieder tolle Spots gezeigt und uns angeboten Fotos zu machen. Wir hatten sehr viel Glück und waren fast alleine auf dem Vulkan (anders als bei der Sonnenaufgangstour). Im Anschluss fuhren wir an einen Spot mit wenig Touristen, um uns den Sonnenuntergang gemeinsam anzuschauen. Bevor es zurück ins Hotel ging, gab es noch ein sehr leckeres lokales Essen in einem örtlichen Restaurant. Insgesamt war die Tour ein Highlight auf unserer Reise nach Indonesien. Melati war einfach nur fantastisch, wir können sie nur empfehlen! Wenn ihr die Möglichkeit habt, nehmt die Sonnenuntergangstour und fragt nach Melati :)

Review Body: Hands down the best guide ever!!! I NEVER do touristy things like this, I don’t like the crowds, so after long research I found these guys. I couldn’t recommend them enough, our guide H called us the day before and asked what we wanted to see or accomplish there, being a professional photographer I wanted shits with NO people, easier said then done at spots like this, but H told us he had a spot for us, and he nailed it we had front row seats and no one was near us or our cameras it was absolutely amazing experience. Our guide H was full of knowledge and I highly recommend hiring a guide, it’s nice to have local knowledge plus his knowledge of the mountains and people who lived in the villages was amazing could not recommend them enough. Review Body: We had the perfect trip to Mt Bromo, such a great private family trip with us four and Melati, our guide, who was fluent in both English and German, and two very good and save drivers. Everything went absolutely as it was planned, we had three great stops and plenty of time for great photos, many stories and history from Melati, enough time to make a break inbetween, then hike up the Mt Bromo in a relaxed time. Our guide even provided us with surgery masks to ease the sulfuric gases, worked quite well. As we did the sunset trip there were not many people and we had times, where we were totally alone. Also the traffic was very relaxed. Melati planned well ahead so that even the chosen drinks and foods were ready shortly after arriving at the restaurant on our way back at 8.15p.m.

Review Body: Great 1 day experience to Bromo! Akbar, our guide, was super professional & knowledgable! From being there 10 minutes earlier before our pickup time, to being careful with small details like sharing water, coffee, local deserts, etc. to efficiently overcome any unexpected surprises (eg. roadblocks). He also knew how to avoid crowds (like advertised!) and secured us with probably the best spot to watch the sunrise and see the best view of the volcanoes. He has great tips on top of the crater as well and gives great context, presents history, legends and fascinating facts about the area and its people. The drivers were super professional and made us feel safe all the time. I highly recommend this trip from several perspectives. Go for it! It’s definitely going to be a win.

Review Body: We loved loved loved everything about our experience!! Our guide Hirman was a delight!! As a guide and as a person. He is funny, flexible, helpful, knowledgeable. Really nothing but good words for him. And also for our drivers pak Agus and pak Jabir. We chose the sunset option to avoid the crowds and that was a great decision. It felt pretty much like we had the mountain to ourselves 🥰 The scenery is absolutely stunning and other worldly. Bring a mask though. The sulphur fews are real. Seek Sophie knows how to chose their people who can create a memory of a life time and the booking procedure was easy, meticulous, personal. Just perfect. I’d book here again in a heartbeat. Review Body: No regrets choosing Bromo Vacation. We had Ubay, our guide, bring us to the best photo spot (place that we would not have known if we were alone). The crowd was intense, but as the name of this tour suggested, we got there early to get a good sunrise spot and beat the crowd. Ubay even brought along comfy mat and blankets for us. Furthermore, Ubay brought cup noodles and hot drinks for us so we could enjoy warm supper / breakfast under the stars. He helped take endless photos for us through the trip and also shared with us his wealth of knowledge for the area and its culture. Our 2 drivers, though with us for short duration, were also courteous and helpful throughout. It was a short but wonderful trip, so thank you all once again!

He arrived at the agreed time for the pick up at the hotel in the center of Surabaya. Everything went perfectly. In addition to being a very friendly person, Hirman is very attentive and really cares to make your experience the best, such as taking you to the best spot for sunrise. He will also give you lots of explanations about the places and is also an excellent photographer! Perfect English speaking ! What can I say about Bromo, just exceptional! Hirman gave us just the right amount of local insight, made sure we were fully prepared at every stage, and took us to the best photo spots. His timing and attention to detail really made the experience unforgettable. On top of that, his personality and sense of humour matched ours perfectly; it honestly felt like we were exploring with an old friend rather than a tour guide. Review Body: We had a fantastic time on our trip to Mt Bromo. Our guide Hermin, and drivers were on time and made sure we had all necessary belongings for a enjoyable trip to Mt Bromo. The trip was well paced and we were not rushed but encouraged to take our time enjoying every moment. We had cloud cover on our trip so this was appreciated being able to wait longer than usual for the clouds to roll in and out to take photos and just enjoy the experience. Hermin set up and took many candid and fun photos for us and sent them through at the end of the day. Everything was well arranged and well catered for. We would highly recommend this tour.

Review Body: The Trip was awesome. Our Guide Rizky picked us up at our hotel in Surabaya at midnight. We could get some sleep during the drive King Kong Viewpoint. Rizky knew exactly when it’s going to be crowded, so we ended up being the first people at the viewpoint. He also brought a mat and blankets so we could wait comfortably for the sunrise. The climb to mount Bromo afterwards was really spectacular too. We had Breakfast at an awesome restaurant with beautiful views of the mountains. All in all it was a excellent Tour. Would recommend it to everyone looking forward to visiting the Bromo.

His English was excellent — clear, natural, and easy to follow — which made communication effortless throughout the trip. What really set Bara apart was his knowledge of the area and his genuine effort to make the most of our visit. He took us to some fantastic spots that were refreshingly free of the usual tourist crowds, giving us the space to soak in the breathtaking landscape at our own pace. Review Body: We did the sunset tour and had a great time with our guide Rizky. Arriving at Mt Bromo, it was much quieter because the sunrise crowds had left. It meant that we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Even though the clouds blocked our view for sunset, we still got some great photos of the crater and on the ground. Rizky even used his drone to take videos and photos of us. Make sure you pack good walking shoes and a mask, sunglasses or face covering as the terrain is quite dusty. The jeep ride can be bumpy so be prepared if you get motion sickness

Review Body: We had a wonderful experience with Seek Sophie but especially with Melati. She is one of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is warm, helpful and so open. She took us to the best viewpoint for Mount Bromo. But above all she made us feel at home with her love and warmth. I had such lovely conversations with her. I was so sad when we had to say goodbye. The tour is simply a must. I have rarely seen anything more beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfectly organized! We can recommend it all 100%.

Review Body: I selected the sunset Bromo tour for a solo trip, and my guide, Riza, was very well-prepared and communicative. Luckily, there were no crowds and no traffic the day we went, and everything went according to schedule. Alas, due to the weather, we couldn't see the sunset, but the view of the crater was stunning, and well worth the trip. Though I was traveling solo, I never once felt bored - Riza was a wealth of information and had a lot of interesting stories and tips to share. Definitely recommend.

Review Body: We had a great time with Hreesang. Would highly recommend using them for your trip. We received a lot of information ahead of the day. Pickup was on time, clean car and guide spoke very good english and could explain the itinerary. At Bromo we were unlucky and it was all foggy and couldn’t get the view - in rainy season there is a very good chance of that :( However the tour was well organized, with the little things that make a difference, like a mat to sit on, good stops for food, english guide…
