JungleWalla Langkawi
Founded in 1993 by a naturalist, this host has deep roots in field biology, wildlife tracking, and low-impact eco-tourism. Based in Langkawi and now also in Desaru Coast, they create nature experiences that help guests understand local ecosystems without disturbing them. Their tours are shaped by a strong Leave No Trace approach, with a focus on conservation education rather than just sightseeing. They also work closely with surrounding communities, training local guides as naturalists and storytellers. Beyond tours, they support wildlife preservation, join mangrove reforestation and beach clean-ups, and take part in local education efforts around sustainable tourism.
