Review Body: This was such a wholesome, homely and delicious meal! Aunty Pek was such a great host - her energy, the dishes, all the way to the vibe that she created in her home was perfect. Each dish felt so special and creative, like nothing I've ever tasted before. Seriously couldn't pick a winner. And she's such a great cook that she can convert you into eating something you don't typically eat. For me, I typically don't like the taste of lei cha, but when I tried her lei cha kueh pie tee, I fell in love with THAT lei cha. And I couldn't stop eating it. That's the only lei cha I'd ever eat!
She'd also tell you all about every single thing she made, and you could really see how much love and intentional effort went into each plate -- you'll see it especially in the Eight Treasures Duck which is stuffed with glutinous rice and loads of amazing ingredients. That's one of the things that made it so good!
The space was very warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like coming home to a delicious meal with your grandma. It was such a wholesome homely experience. Loved it all! ❤️

Review Body: I love the food so much that I plan to bring my family once more to this private home dining + buy her dishes to deliver home for the next party i have!
The star dish to me has got to be her pickled mustard noodles which got me eating 3 servings worth even though i do not like vegetable. it was so savoury and tasty. her duck which was stuffed with glutinous rice was also super good and unique, because i have never tried this dish in singapore before. the highlight for me is the gula melaka basque burnt cheesecake because it was so rich with flavour yet not too heavy or sinful or sweet.
Aunty Pek is also super warm and hospitable, so feel free to ask away and she will be happy to share. I bought her wonder rempah chilli paste and she was very nice to share many recipes that I could use this for.
Overall, this was one of my highlights of May so far :)

Review Body: Dinner at Aunty Pek's was truly an amazing experience! She made us feel right at home, and prepared a series of incredible dishes! Her food is really made with a lot of love - she shared that some of her food requires many hours of preparation, and you can definitely taste it in the complex and delicious flavours of dishes like the babi assam and ikan pie tee. For example, her Ikan Pie Tee had hours of work with steamed fish made into a delicious paste with lemongrass and a pineapple/cucumber/mint/citrus relic that cut through the richness of her fish paste. Aunty Pek takes a lot of pride in her food - not very surprising that she has won awards for her dishes and been on tv/news multiple times!! We had an awesome time and left extremely full and satisfied :D

Review Body: Wow! What an unforgettable and special experience. Aunty Pek puts an incredible amount of effort into her meals. Every single dish was carefully and meticulously prepared and each ingredient was thoughtfully selected with many coming from Aunty Pek's own beautiful garden. Not only was the food like that of a 5 star restaurant but Aunty Pek was so friendly and explained how she prepared each dish and even sent us home with dried plums to recreate a dish we particularly enjoyed. I could not recommend it enough! Thank you again, Aunty Pek!

Review Body: Aunty Pek’s house is cosy and comfortable, she is a very warm and friendly host and makes us feel absolutely at home dining at her place. Her drink, soup and food has the right balance, not too sweet and not too salty or spicy. Love the food so much that we would love to take away or go back in near future. Every dish is made with love and we love each and everyone but my personal fave will be the fish maw soup. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for Peranankan home private dining.

Review Body: Aunty Pek was extremely hospitable and everyone of her dishes was first-rate! Our party have gone to at least 5 other private dining spots in Singapore, some of which are quite famous and Aunty Pek’s food ranks as #1 in taste, balance of dishes as well as generous portions. We told Aunty Pek based on other private dining spots’ prices that she should charge more. She even offered second helpings of her awesome sea cucumber soup - people who cook will know how generous that is.

Review Body: I booked a family dinner to celebrate my mums 78th birthday… felt it would be a unique experience, and it certainly was! Aunty Pek has wonderful and warm energy… and her food was explosive with flavors. It was particularly special to hear references to how these dishes came to be, where the ingredients are from (including her garden) and how she cooks them. My family really enjoyed the whole experience and I would highly recommend.

Review Body: Aunty Pek is just amazing. She is a stellar cook ans the warmest host you can find. We thoroughly enjoyed her 'cook from the heart' Peranakan dishes. She even carefully prepared tasty alternatives for one of our friends who is a vegetarian. We can't give her enough accolades. We will return, for sure. Highly recommended.
