Kindi Subarkah was born and raised on the beautiful island of Lombok, where he grew up surrounded by stunning landscapes and rich traditions. Seeing travellers come and go, he realised many were missing the true essence of Lombok—the local people, hidden gems, and deep cultural heritage. Wanting to change that, he started Travel Company in 2019. His goal wasn’t just to offer great travel experiences but to ensure local guides, artisans, and families could benefit too. Through his work, he supports small businesses, preserves cultural heritage, and promotes responsible tourism. For him, it’s not just about showing people Lombok—it’s about making a positive impact on the community and the island he loves.
