Since 2019, Rudi Sembiring Meliala has been building something special out of Labuan Bajo and Bali. What started in 2016 with just one wooden boat has grown into a small fleet, offering private land and sea tours across Flores and the Komodo Islands. Rudi stands out for his hands-on approach and commitment to doing things properly—clear planning, solid execution, and doing right by both guests and the local community. His team employs locals, shops in local markets, and works with small local businesses, making sure tourism gives back.
