Led by a family with more than ten years in coffee farming, this host offers a grounded look at Yunnan’s changing coffee scene. After years in commercial production, they shifted their focus to specialty coffee, paying close attention to how origin, processing and roasting affect flavour and quality.
From their family-run workshop in Lijiang, they share coffees sourced from different parts of Yunnan, giving guests a clearer sense of just how varied the region’s coffee can be. It’s a thoughtful introduction to one of China’s key coffee-growing areas, shaped by real hands-on experience at every stage.
