Review Body: We had our staff retreat here and it was awesome! Before we get started the Captain briefed us on some safety/hygiene issues and what are the do's and don't to avoid accidents on the yacht. Kudos to Captain Ajan and his partner Khairul for serving a smooth sailing journey to and fro. They were so chilled on attending to our needs, and even took seconds in providing the facilities on the yacht for us, such as the water mat, the kayaks.. though they were busy bbq-ing our foods. 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The first part of the day was quite a turndown due to the weather, Captain Ajan and Khairul had to battle in the rain and despite all that they still made us feel as comfortable as they can to avoid us caught in the rain. Khairul was seen pulling down all sides of the shades and provide mats so that the yacht won't be slippery for us. Both were very friendly and even photobombed many of our photos. Good memories taken with us indeed. Two thumbs up Valencia! We look foward to have another booking with you again, if God permits. ☺️

Review Body: After 11 years in Singapore, I found the best way to celebrate a special moment in my life trough a unique experience!!! A simple ride on this wonderful luxury yacht turned into a magical time - far from the crowd and the chaos of the city, this afternoon had a taste of holiday for all of us and we shared a great relaxing afternoon until a splendid sunset. We really felt like home while on board. Thanks to the team and most of all our captain, Richard, who pushed beyond the promise of a good time and a safe ride. It was a great time and we all appreciated that he gave us more than we expected - a safe cruise in a professional hand plus a real involvement to make our day. Back to Sentosa, my 7 year old kid said : "You know Daddy, I spent one of the best day of my life!!" Thanks a lot for the unique memory that none of us will forget!

Review Body: 10/10 experience and would highly recommend for team bonding or gatherings! You could tell that the crew were very experienced and ran the whole programme and provided assistance so that we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest without having to lift a finger. From start to end they were very attentive and assuring and made sure we were safe while we soaked up all the fun. They were such great sport as well and joined us in dancing and singing and felt very much a part of us. Thank you for making this the best summer party for us!

Review Body: We booked Valencia Yacht for our office team building and we have no regrets. Before the trip, Seek Sophie answered our questions promptly and even supported our request for vegetarian fried rice. Pre-departure was smooth, Ron was especially helpful reminding us on ice and helping with the purchase. The water activities were good fun, with everyone taking turns and helping each other. Overall an enjoyable and relaxing experience!

    To secure your spot, your host will turn away other guests. Because of this, cancellations aren't allowed.

  • Bad Weather Policy

    For wet weather, the captain holds the final decision. In case of light drizzle, the yacht will still set sail. In case of heavy rain, the yacht sail will be delayed. If it is not possible to delay, the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time later. No refunds will be provided. Please note that regardless of the weather you may be asked to come to the starting point to be ready for departure in the event the weather clears up.
