Specially designed for all adventure seekers, this kayaking trip is the perfect introduction to the Pulau Ubin mangroves (no kayaking experience required)! Suitable for kids 4+ and up, under their parents' supervision. This experience is also pet-friendly (so long as your pet can fit in the kayak - ~20kg is still ok!). More DetailsThis option is one of the most comprehensive out there and good for kayakers of all levels (beginners welcome!). Halfway through your journey, you will beach up and get the chance to hike up to the tallest point in Pulau Ubin, Puaka Hill! For those who enjoy a great view in the morning and fancy instagram worthy pictures, we got you. Please Note: SerendipET provides open double kayaks, and has a limited number of single kayaks which are used only in the event there is an odd number of participants. Due to the nature of this activity, it's almost 100% chance you will get wet (including your trousers and shoes!). Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Child-FriendlyThis experience is suitable for children from the age of 4 and up, provided they know how to swim. Child life jackets will be provided. Pet-Friendly You can bring your pets on the kayak with you. Please do let us know when you book if you intend to bring your pet. Depending on the size of your pet (ie whether you’re ok squeezing with it on a kayak), you can have two dogs on a two person kayak. We have had customers bring their dog around 20kg on the kayak before - the general rule of thumb is that if you don’t mind squeezing with your dog on the kayak, it’s ok with SerendipET.Note: when bringing your pet across from Changi Ferry Terminal to Pulau Ubin Jetty and back, you must have your pet in a carrier while onboard the bumboat. Otherwise you may be denied permission to enter or be required to charter the entire bumboat rather than pay the usual per person fee. Frequently Asked QuestionsAre there crocodiles in the mangroves? There are usually no crocodiles towards the eastern side of Singapore, especially due to the high amount of traffic along the channel you will be at. Crocodiles spotted tend to be at the northern side of Singapore like Sungei Buloh as there is far less traffic in the water and the water is usually empty from human activities too. What time we should take the ferry from Changi Point Ferry Terminal so that we are on time to arrive at Pulau Ubin Entrance Jetty at 8.30am?The bumboats operate non-stop so you don't need to wait very long for one. We would advise being at Changi jetty about 25-30 mins before the meeting time at Pulau Ubin (allowing 10-15 mins max for waiting time, 10 mins for the bumboat ride)

We had an amazing morning with Zac from SerendiPET kayaking around the Mangroves and learning about the nature and history.
This is definitely one of the best adventures we have had in Singapore.
