Review Body: We had a fantastic kayaking tour with Brenda, her friend and another lovely couple to and around Pulau Ubin! Exploring mangroves is a unique and enriching experience, especially when accompanied by someone knowledgeable about the wildlife. Brenda's expertise added a lot to the journey, making it not only enjoyable but also educational.
Mangroves are critical ecosystems that support a diverse range of plant and animal species, and having someone like Brenda to share insights about the wildlife deepens your appreciation for the natural environment.
Brenda added an extra special touch to your kayaking tour through cooking a delicious meal in her kayak (!) which was quite an impressive feat! The combination of enjoying the beauty of the mangroves, learning about wildlife, and then having a tasty meal prepared right in the kayak made the experience truly unforgettable.

Review Body: A really memorable experience & great fun for all ages/experience levels! Eating lunch in the middle of the mangroves on our kayak that the super friendly guide Brenda cooked for us on her SUP just takes things to another level! Apparently you don't get to experience this with other operators. We were also lucky enough to see & touch some cute jellyfishes too! After the session, we were so close to buying our own kayaks LOL definitely want to do this again and perhaps explore other routes.

Review Body: Our kayak guide Brenda was super well prepared with everything needed for a memorable and fun Secret Sentosa kayak trip. Brenda also managed to whip up a freshly cooked brunch on a “secret beach” and tell stories of her kayak adventures around the area, including the wildlife and history. Overall, we had a wonderful half day of kayaking in an area we would never kayak and we’re looking forward to doing other kayak trips with them! Totally recommended!

Review Body: We were a family of 4 (kids 5 and 9) who went out with a small group, with Brenda as our guide. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped put our kids at ease immediately. We had a great trip out to Pulau Ubin, climbing boulders on a desserted beach, looking for crabs, eating yummy noodles and trying freshly picked mussels! Overall a fantastic and memorable experience! We'll definitely be trying another of her trips again sometime soon!

Review Body: Everything was very organized, and the guide (Brenda) was very experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. She tried to engage with everyone in the group and made the entire experience fun for all of us. The duration of the trip was just nice, and considering what was prepared for us (i.e. equipment), I felt it was very good value for money. It definitely was one of the best activity I've done in Singapore!

Review Body: Overall a really fun trip. The boats were well maintained and rather confortable. The route was quire interesting and we were allowed some free and easy time in the mangroves.
Guides were really friendly.
Really enjoyed the part where they started cooking the food on the kayak itself!
The taste of the food could be better but I didn't expect that much from a camping meal.

Review Body: Nice cooling weather for our kayak trip today with my furkid as well. Clarence is very friendly and knowledgeable, know the kayak path well, bringing us to the Mysterious River in Singapore! Was impressed with this trip! Everything is fun and memorable, nice field camp food as well.

Review Body: I'd give it 6 stars if there was an option for it. It's possible to have an unique experience and adventure, right on our island country. Clarence + team made a good host, very assuring, felt safe with their arrangements. To many more good years ahead!

Kai and JP were so fun and accommodating, and they made the experience so much fun. Lunch by the beach was awesome

Review Body: We loved this kayaking trip which was suitable for beginners as the water is quite calm. Be prepared to get completely wet and your arms may ache the next day. But generally a good way to spend 4 hours in the sun.

The Unexpected Group is proud to present the latest version of Ninja Kayakers' kayak expeditions. Now run out of House of Melissa Boutique Farmstay in Changi, we offer private kayak expeditions to Pulau Ubin, or simpler tours to the nearby Changi Creek. You'll be led by an experienced and qualified guide from Ninja Kayakers. After your trip, return for a complimentary hot shower and cold drink!EXPEDITIONS from Changi to Ubin mangroves (and back) are 4h and cross the Ubin straits. Lunch is served around noon. Beginners are okay to do this but as the route is 6km long, medium fitness is required.TOURS to the nearby Changi Creek are 2h long and are suited for beginners who want an easy paddle. This can be upgraded (free-of-charge) to a Mangrove Clean-Up, for corporates or interested participants. Good to NoteRecommended start time is 9:00 AM.After your adventure, you can shower in the comfort of the House (subject to House of Melissa’s availability—if there are no staying guests, it’ll be available for use).Optional upgrade: cool off with an invigorating ice bath for $200.Or simply kick back with a well-earned drink as you reflect on a morning well spent on the water!
