It contains its own type of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus kimchii, as well as other probiotic bacteria that may benefit digestive health. With an accomplished background in healthcare and medical sciences, the owner of Craft & Culture - Winnie is a published author, speaker, and consultant to clients from SME's to Fortune 500 companies in healthcare and private equity. She started Craft & Culture as a craft brewery in 2016 focusing on Kombucha (fermented tea) and Kefir (fermented milk) and has since grown the brand to become one of Singapore’s key market leaders. She also expanded the company’s range of services to include fermentation workshops, health seminars and corporate events.

Winnie is an excellent instructor! She is very passionate about Kombucha making, and clearly knows what she’s talking about. She will take you through the science of Kombucha and why it’s medically so good for you. She will also go into great detail on how you make a great tasting Kombucha. Before this workshop we were huge kombucha drinkers. But we didn’t know until we did this workshop that the kombucha we were drinking wasn’t actual kombucha. I.e. it was sugar free and pasteurised so it didn’t have the health benefits we thought we were getting! So it was super helpful doing the workshop to know what we should be looking out for not only when we make our own brew, but also when we buy it from the shop.

Had a really good time doing the masterclass with Winnie. Her science background really helped build credibility for everything she was telling us, and she provided a lot of helpful tips towards ensuring our home-brewed Kombucha would be successful. Can't wait for my first batch to be ready!

As Craft & Culture would be holding the slot for you and turning down other potential customers, you won’t be able to cancel after you book.
Reschedule Policy

As our class sizes are very small, we have a strict no-reschedule policy. Craft & Culture reserves the right to reschedule if a min attendance is not met and if there is a government lockdown.

Our workshops are transferrable and strictly non cancellable and non-reschedulable. In the event, guests get covid / family emergencies / work commitments / unwell, they may transfer their participation to someone else. Kindly email us at least 24 hours before on the Name, Mobile and email of the transferee.
