Follow up from operator via chat messages were prompt and helpful. Driver drove with care and the 2x20mins break for 5.5hrs journey make it very comfortable ride in this vehicle. Snacks and bottle of mineral water was provided for each guest. Seats were comfortable as well. We were picked up from our accom in Sapa and drop off at our accom in Hanoi. Highly recommended to book this exclusive 9-paxs transfer from Sapa to Hanoi with EcoSapa. Will book again next time when we return to Sapa....

I’d like to share my experience. Our guide was friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. The bus was clean, check-in was straightforward, and although the road was rather bumpy, the driver handled it well and got us to Sapa safely and on time. There was a minor issue with my return trip. While it caused a bit of confusion at first, I appreciated that the owner personally got in touch. It’s clear they care about their company’s reputation, and I trust they will continue to maintain a high standard of service in the future.

Very comfortable ride throughout. Driver was flexible to come and pick us up at our hotel directly. Also dropped us off at our hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter directly. Safe driving, driver took 2 breaks during the trip to ensure regulated driving periods. Was given a bottle of mineral water each, a small cup of Vietnamese coffee as well as piece of packet bread. Also managed to charge phone using onboard USB. Great experience, would recommend for fuss free journey with some flexibility, took 5.5h to reach Hanoi from Sapa.
