What is the Seek Sophie Ambassadors Program?
The Seek Sophie Ambassadors Program allows you to earn when you refer people to book experiences through your personalized referral link.
Who can join the program?
You can join if you:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid Seek Sophie account.
- Are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Seek Sophie employee.
- Provide accurate banking details for payments.
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
We also prioritise creators who:
- Have an engaged audience that aligns with Seek Sophie’s values.
- Regularly create travel, adventure, or lifestyle content.
- Have a platform with meaningful reach (e.g., social media following, website traffic).
How do I sign up?
Sign up on the Ambassadors Program page! Once you’re approved, you can start sharing your personal sharing links immediately.
Does it cost anything to join?
No, joining the program is completely free.
Why was my application to the Seek Sophie Ambassador Program rejected?
We review every application carefully to ensure our ambassadors align with our brand. Common reasons for rejection include:
- Your content or audience doesn’t align closely with our values.
- Your platform doesn’t meet eligibility criteria (e.g., engagement or reach).
- We may be prioritising certain types of creators at the moment.
You're always welcome to apply again in the future.
2. Sharing Links & Earnings
How do I share my link?
You can share your link via:
- Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Blogs or websites
- Email newsletters
- Messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
What links can be shared for me to earn?
You can share any experience link on Seek Sophie — just make sure you generate the link via your Ambassador Dashboard so it’s tracked to you.
Note: Gift card and gift experience bookings are excluded from the Ambassador Program, so you won’t earn from those.
What qualifies as an Eligible Booking?
You’ll only earn when the booking meets all these conditions:
- The person booked within 30 days of clicking your personalised sharing link
- The trip was successfully completed
- The booking wasn’t cancelled or fully refunded
- It wasn’t made through fraudulent or prohibited activity or in breach of any Seek Sophie terms and conditions
- The booking wasn’t made by you (no self-referrals)
Do I only earn if someone books the experience I shared?
Nope! Once someone clicks your personalised link, you’ll earn on any experience they book within 30 days — not just the one you shared.
How much do I earn?
You earn up to 15% of Seek Sophie’s commission per Eligible Booking, capped at $20 USD per booking.
If you have Rockstar Ambassador status, your earnings will be uncapped for any bookings made through your sharing links while you hold that status.
When are my earnings capped or uncapped?
Your earning status (capped or uncapped) is based on your Rockstar status at the time your personalised link is clicked. If someone clicksyour link while you’re a Rockstar, any booking they make within 30 days will be uncapped — even if your status expires before they book.
When do I receive my earnings?
Payouts are made on the 15th of each month for bookings that were completed in the previous month.
What happens if multiple ambassadors refer the same customer?
If a customer clicks multiple referral links before booking, the earnings will go to the ambassador whose link was clicked last (within the 30-day window). This is called last-click attribution.
Can I earn on my own bookings?
No, self-referrals are not allowed.
Do I earn if a customer uses my referral code?
Yes! If a new user uses your referral code, they get $10 off their first booking, and you earn cash!
Can I offer my own discounts or incentives?
No. You can only use the official $10 referral code for new users. You cannot offer unauthorised or additional incentives.
3. Payments & Payouts
When will I receive my earnings?
Payouts are processed on the 15th of every month. It may take 5–10 business days to show up in your bank account.
How do I receive my earnings?
Payouts are made to your bank account. Make sure your banking details are accurate and verified.
What happens if I haven’t provided my bank details?
Your payout will be delayed until the next payout cycle after your details are added. To avoid delays, add your bank details early.
What happens if I enter incorrect banking details?
Seek Sophie is not responsible for failed or misdirected payouts. If the money is returned to us, we will notify you. You must correct your details before we reissue the payout in the next cycle
What happens if a booking is cancelled or refunded?
You will not earn on cancelled bookings. If a partial refund is issued, your earnings will be adjusted proportionally.
Can my earnings be transferred to another person?
No. Payouts are only made to the registered ambassador’s account.
4. Rockstar Status & Earnings Cap
What is Rockstar Ambassador status?
New ambassadors automatically receive Rockstar status for their first 90 days, during which they earn uncapped earnings.
How do I get or keep Rockstar status?
To unlock or renew Rockstar status, you must generate at least 3 confirmed bookings from your links in the last 90 days.
Once achieved, Rockstar status is extended for another 90 days from the day you qualify.
What happens when Rockstar status expires?
If you don’t meet the renewal requirements, your earnings will return to being capped at $20 USD per booking until you qualify again.
5. Tracking & Performance
How do I track my referrals and earnings?
You can track them in your Ambassadors Dashboard.
Why is an order not showing up in the dashboard?
Possible reasons:
- The booking hasn’t been completed yet
- The customer clicked on another ambassador’s personalised sharing link more recently (last-click attribution)
- The customer used another ambassador's referral code
- The link was altered or invalid or wasn’t your personalised sharing link
- The customer used a different device or cleared cookies
- The booking was made outside of the 30-day referral window
- The booking was for a gift card or gift experience, which is excluded from the Ambassador program.
- The booking was made with a Seek Sophie promotional code, which is excluded from the Ambassador program.
- The booking was made with the same contact details as the Ambassador. This counts as a booking for the Ambassador and is excluded from the Ambassador Program.
Can I create short links to share?
Yes, you can use URL shorteners like Bit.ly, as long as the tracking remains intact.
What if my link breaks or tracking fails?
Do check that the link you are sharing has a unique ID to you and has been generated from the Ambassador Dashboard. Generic links that anyone can copy off the Seek Sophie website will not be tracked to you. If your link breaks or tracking fails, it is likely that you have shared the wrong link.
6. Prohibited Activities
What promotion methods are NOT allowed?
You may NOT:
- Use paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Spam or mislead people
- Use bots, fake clicks, or fake urgency
- Share links on offensive, illegal, or adult content sites
- Engage in cookie stuffing
- Pretend to represent Seek Sophie or its staff
Breaking these rules may result in removal from the program and loss of earnings.
7. Disputes & Support
What if I think my earnings is incorrect?
Contact us at chat@seeksophie.com within 30 days of the payout. You can appeal once by submitting extra informationwithin 14 days of our decision. Multiple appeals or appeals without full documentary evidence will not be considered.
Who makes the final decision on earnings?
Seek Sophie retains the sole right to determine earnings eligibility and payouts, and our decision is final.

8. Program Changes & Termination
Can Seek Sophie change the program or earnings rate?
Yes. We may update the structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or your dashboard.
Can my account be suspended or terminated?
Yes, if you:
- Violate program rules
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical behaviour
- Are inactive for over 6 months
Can I leave the program?
Yes. You can stop anytime. Any earnings you have accumulated before you leave the program and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the program will still be paid out in the next payout cycle.
