Welcome to the Seek Sophie Ambassadors Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy governs the rights and obligations of Seek Sophie and its ambassadors. Seek Sophie reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein at any time, at its full discretion, without prior notice to you.

The Seek Sophie Ambassadors Program is an affiliate initiative designed to reward individuals for sharing Seek Sophie experiences with their networks. Ambassadors earn a commission for each Eligible Booking made through their referral links.

• Participation in the Seek Sophie Ambassadors Program does not create an employment, agency, or contractor relationship between Seek Sophie and the ambassador.
• Ambassadors act as independent individuals and are not authorized to act on behalf of Seek Sophie.
• Ambassadors are prohibited from:
• Seek Sophie is not responsible for any tax, legal, or employment obligations related to an ambassador’s participation in the program.

A booking is considered an Eligible Booking if it meets all the following conditions:

• The booking was made within 30 days of clicking the ambassador’s personalised sharing link.
• The booking is confirmed and successfully completed.
• The booking has not been refunded or cancelled.
• The booking was not obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activities.
• The booking was not made by the Ambassador. Any booking made using the Ambassador’s name, email, or contact information will not qualify for commission, even if the booking is for someone else.
• The booking was not for a gift card or a gift experience.
• The booking was not made with a promotional code.

Seek Sophie retains the sole and final authority to determine whether a booking qualifies as an Eligible Booking.

• Commission Rate: Seek Sophie offers a commission on Eligible Bookings. The commission structure may be updated at Seek Sophie's discretion.
• Dynamic Cap Removal: The standard commission cap may be removed if an ambassador meets activity requirements such as a minimum number of link shares and bookings in the previous period.
• Multiple Attributions: If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before making a booking, the commission will be awarded solely to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently (last-click attribution).
• Referral Code Usage: If a referral code is used, the customer gets $10 off their first booking, and the referrer receives an affiliate commission instead of referral credits. This is only if the customer referred is eligible for the referral code usage.
• No Self-Referral: Ambassadors cannot use their own referral link to earn commissions.
• Modification of Commissions: Seek Sophie reserves the right to modify commission rates and payout structures at any time without prior notice.

• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly on the 15th for the previous month’s Eligible Bookings
• Payment Method: Payments are processed through WISE and made via bank transfer.
• Currency: Payments are made in the ambassador’s chosen currency.
• Deduction of Fees: Seek Sophie will bear the WISE fees.
• Unpaid Commissions Due to Missing Bank Details:
  • If an ambassador has not provided valid bank details before the payout date, the commission will be rolled over to the next scheduled payout cycle.
  • If bank details remain unprovided for 6 consecutive months, the commission is forfeited.
• Incorrect Bank Details:
  • Seek Sophie is not responsible for lost or misdirected payments due to incorrect bank details.
  • If funds are transferred to the wrong account, they will not be reissued.
  • If the payout fails and is returned, the ambassador must update their details, and the payout will be processed in the next cycle.

Ambassadors are prohibited from:

• Engaging in false or misleading advertising.
• Spamming or excessive posting of affiliate links.
• Using paid advertising to promote their affiliate links.
• Misrepresenting Seek Sophie’s services.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the program.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the system.
• Representing themselves as employees, agents, or contractors of Seek Sophie.
• Using cookie stuffing or any unauthorized tracking techniques to gain commissions.
• Promoting links on websites containing illegal, offensive, or adult content.
• Using misleading urgency tactics (e.g., fake limited-time offers) to encourage bookings.
• Violating the Non-Defamation Clause:
  • Ambassadors shall not make statements or have any acts or omissions, publicly or privately, that defame, disparage, or damage the reputation of Seek Sophie.

Seek Sophie reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate participation if any prohibited activities are detected. Any violation of this contract and/or the Prohibited Activities may result in termination, forfeiture of commissions, and legal action for damages.

• Seek Sophie collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Data collected includes ambassador profile information, share activity, and payout details.
• Personal data is securely stored and is not shared with third parties outside payment processing requirements.

• Seek Sophie reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation at any time for violations of this policy or otherwise at Seek Sophie’s sole and absolute discretion.
• If you are found to be any of the following, your ambassador’s participation may be terminated:
  • Under 18 years old.
  • An employee, contractor, partner or immediate family member of a Seek Sophie employee.
• Disputes regarding commissions must be submitted within 30 days of payout. Seek Sophie’s decision is final.
• Seek Sophie reserves the right to adjust or revoke commissions if a booking is later found to be fraudulent, refunded, or in violation of these terms.
• Fraudulent activities, activities that get around the rules of the Ambassador program, or attempts to manipulate the program may result in:
  • Immediate termination from the program.
  • Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
  • Legal action if damages are incurred.

• Seek Sophie reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• If the program is discontinued, all due commissions will be paid in the next payout cycle, and no further earnings will be accumulated.
• Seek Sophie is not responsible for any financial loss, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the program.
• Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold Seek Sophie harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related or arising out of their participation.

• This program is governed by the laws of Singapore.
• Any legal disputes must be resolved in Singapore courts.
• Ambassadors are responsible for complying with their local tax obligations.

By participating in the Seek Sophie Ambassadors Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Seek Sophie reserves the right to update this policy at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
