We enjoyed ourselves very much! Ketut, our main driver from the hotel to all the destination venues (Batur, hot springs, coffee plantation) was very friendly and super accommodating to our needs. He made sure we were ferried punctually and to our comfort from 2AM all the way till 2PM! We also really enjoyed Manut, our jeep driver around Mt Batur and the volcanic rocks. He took so many nice photos and even videos of us and was very enjoyable to talk to while still driving us around the rocky terrains. Manut was also very knowledgeable about the lands and attended to our questions well. The Mt Batur jeep ride includes breakfast of banana sandwiches, tea/coffee and even wafer biscuits. Would recommend this tour. Even the coffee plantation tour where we got to see how coffee was roasted + try almost 12 different cups of coffees and teas was super relaxing and fun.

Justin picked up us at our villa on time and had a cultural knowledge of kintamini Yogi , our guide to the mountain , was friendly, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable the whole way. The view was absolutely worth the early wake-up call — watching the sunrise from the mount was magical and something we’ll never forget. And the boat ride was exceptional . This jeep sunrise is simply amazing, and was the best thing to do in Ubud. The scenery is epi and totally worth the early wakeup. We feel totally safe with Justin and his team , even though we ride in the dark at 3am and without a male traveller. There are many options from other companies but we trust Justin and his team as they are professional and put safety first. Dont miss it in Ubud! also the team went extra miles to take good picture and video for us to capture the beautiful moment.. almost like a private photography !!
