We had a great time with Thuy exploring the floating markets and cocoa farm, enjoying local food and drinks. Thuy was very knowledgeable about the local culture. We went on to Lung Ngoc Hoang Nature Reserve after which is home to a wide array of wildlife, but if you want a wildlife tour then this probably isn’t the way to do it due to the noisy boat that travels too fast down the canals to properly enjoy what’s there

I booked a tour to visit Lung Ngoc Hoang and felt like I was returning to nature here. It is a very authentic tour that does not entice customers to shop.
 The most interesting thing is that I can take a boat ride on the small canals, see the Melaleuca forest and the birds that live here in the closest way. When approaching the habitat of these species, the boat driver was considerate to turn off the engine so as not to affect them.
