Really enjoyed this sauna and cold dip session. Trying the cold bath (6 degrees Celsius!) is a real test of nerves but afterwards you feel so invigorated. The switching back and forth leaves you both energised and relaxed. Went with my boyfriend. It's a really great date idea, especially if you can get the smaller room that's just for 2!
