This is honestly an experience of a lifetime - the initial thought was simple and that was to expose our team of multinational colleagues to an activity that is local and unique. We definitely came away with more than just fun. In fact, even while doing the activity of rowing and going through the different motions, my team members had plenty of learnings and shared back with one another and how this seeded our team's principles nicely. I got a lot of messages of appreciation to our trainer Kevin and Jason. Definitely wish for more people to try on this fun activity because absolutely no.regrets.!!
