Taigo Private Car charter team has been supportive to accommodate last minute change in my itinerary change recently. During my trip, driver has been responsive and offer suggestions / explore on lunch location at each destination / drop off location and background of the Taiwan history although we have not requested for this except to pick up / drop off on scheduled drop off locations. Driver has taken additional step to help guide us - navigating at destination. It has been good experience during this trip..

Our Driver, Mr Lim, was a super prepared driver and experienced. He brought us to enjoy local delicacies (not black shops) that are affordable yet good tasting. In addition, he politely advised us on planning our itinerary and helped us avoid spending excessive time travel and spend more on sightseeing.
He even provided us with a spare phone with local sim for communications when we reached areas that didnt have that good of connections (to make normal phone calls). Taigo's Rep was also super helpful and prompt in updating us the details of the trip and driver details. Can't say the same for seeksophie since they seem to be expert deflectors of queries with no value add to the transaction.

Mr. Lin was a very good and dedicated driver; he knew where everything was, and waited for us while we we were doing things. We had 8 people, so having a professional driver made our visit much easier and more pleasant.

Able to recommend some local attractions and local Taiwan cuisine we have not included in our itinerary.
We would recommend Taigo car if you want to have a free and easy trip and also if you have elderly in your trip. However, the cost might be a bit high and the normal 8 hours is not enough. Mostly you will need to pay for additional hours.
