I made 2 different bookings with Seek Sophie. I had to cancel one of them as I did not have the time for it. I cancelled it within the stated period for a refund. I actually whatsapp-ed their customer service to request for a cancellation and was promptly attended to. And I am happy that I have gotten my refund quite promptly. I completed my other booking and the experience I had was that it was authentic and local community based, which makes me feel good that I am contributing to the local community in my small way while I travel.

I saw a lot of wild animals such as proboscis monkeys, crocodiles, fireflies and even hornbills.The guide had a lot of knowledge about nature and explained us with some jokes.He has a sprit of hospitality.

I've used the website multiple times to book tours/trekking experiences and have always been met with a straightforward interface that's easy to navigate. The people organizing the tours I've been on have always been friendly, trustworthy and honest in their work. There seems to be decent cohesion in their systems and everything works smoothly.

This was an incredible experience I’d highly recommend. I went solo and as an American and was perfectly fine with communication - getting there -etc. staff was friendly. Food was awesome. Views were unbelievable. If you’re outdoorsy. This is once in a lifetime experience you will never be able to replicate

Perfect day trip for island hopping from Labuan bajo.We visited 7 location in total which includes Komodo Island, pink beach, snorkeling and sand bank. The trip was perfectly organised by the Alexandria tours. The boat was nice clean and comfortable. The staff and tour guide was nice, friendly and flexible, they help us everytime with the snorkeling equipments and taking photos as well.The trip is well organised by the team with all great facilities including food which was good as well.For the hiking trip we have to get down from he boat in water and have to walk to the beach and wear shoes for tracking. So they arranged a bucket with water and matt to clean our feet and wear the shoes.One of the guide always goes in water with us for snorkeling to guide us where to find the good views and marine animals.I really recommend them to everyone searching for a day trip. Worth every money paid and the trip

We loved every single minute of this boat trip. The staff was superb, every excursion was perfectly coordinated and we had enough time to chill on the boat too. Top marks to the chef that prepared a new menu every lunch and dinner, with fish, meat and vegetarian options! My tip: do not miss any excursion as every snorkeling session is unique and spectacular! We loved the pink beach and the panorama on the top of the Komodo island: unbeatable view!

I recently booked some activities in Malaysia with Seek Sophie, but mistakenly selected the wrong dates. Once I contacted them to try to find a solution, they were able to help me right away reschedule the activities with the host. Rina was super helpful and made the entire process extremely easy!
