The tour was superbly organized and customized to our needs. Olivia (customer service) provided excellent advice in advance, both during planning and when we had questions – she was available to answer any questions we had. The drivers, guides, and accommodations for the two days were also excellent. We felt very well looked after and would recommend Seek Sophie to anyone! Die Tour wurde super organisiert und nach unseren Wünschen angepasst. Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir bei der Planung und bei Fragen super gut durch Olivia (Kundenservice) beraten - sie stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Auch die Fahrer, Guides und die Unterkunft über die beiden Tage waren super. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden Seek Sophie jedem weiter empfehlen!

We booked a boat tour to Komodo National Park with two overnight stays through SeeSophie and the service was excellent! I made 2 different bookings with Seek Sophie. I had to cancel one of them as I did not have the time for it. I cancelled it within the stated period for a refund. I actually whatsapp-ed their customer service staff, Kai En, to request for a cancellation and was promptly attended to. And I am happy that I have gotten my refund quite promptly. I completed my other booking and the experience I had was that it was authentic and local community based, which makes me feel good that I am contributing to the local community in my small way while I travel.
