Review Body: The single day catamaran cruise is an excellent way to experience the stunning beauty of Halong Bay. We didn’t feel like we missed anything in opting for a single day, instead of an overnight cruise. The shuttle from Hanoi was well organized, picking us up promptly at our hotel. Traffic out of Hanoi at rush hour is a grind. But the ride was comfortable. Immediately on boarding the catamaran we were served a four course lunch of excellent quality, with top notch service. The boat took us out to some of the caves that are nested in the Bay’s islands. For a couple of hours we explored the caves by small boats, a choice of self-powered kayaks, or craft rowed by local women. After returning to the catamaran we had the opportunity to swim, were given a lesson in Vietnamese cooking, and served afternoon tea. The trip was highly efficient and excellent value for money. Review Body: Nuestra experiencia en el barco por la bahía de Ha Long fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde el primer momento, la atención y el servicio fueron muy buenos. El servicio de recogida en el hotel fue puntual, lo que ya nos dio una muy buena impresión. El barco era hermoso, muy bien cuidado y cómodo. Sin duda, uno de los puntos más destacados fue la comida: de lo mejor que probamos en Vietnam, abundante, sabrosa y muy bien presentada. Además, soy celíaca y tuvieron esto en cuenta en todo momento, algo que valoro muchísimo porque me hizo sentir tranquila y bien atendida durante toda la experiencia. El barco también contaba con jacuzzi y toboganes. Aunque el tiempo no acompañó demasiado, hubo gente que igualmente se animó a utilizarlos. Recomiendo este servicio totalmente por la calidad, la atención y el cuidado que ofrecen desde el primer momento.

Review Body: Well worth the price - the boat was very comfortable and felt luxurious, the toilet had a proper shower, the food was excellent, and our guide Nam was friendly and accommodating. The cave was cool but slightly underwhelming. Loved the water slide and jacuzzi. Went kayaking which was nice but there wasn't much to see. Highly recommend whether you're traveling solo or are a family with kids / old folks.

Very moving when our Garstang sang a lyrical song in Vietnamese when we passed through the caves. But the absolute highlight was Soyii's very attentive service and humorous commentary all day. He's a star 🌟

Review Body: I loved this trip due to the comfortable and lovely catamaran. It was spacious and good interior and exterior. The swimming and kayaking was fun and a great way to see the wonders up close and personal. The staff were lovely, and great customer service. Only 2 things I feel would of improved the trip, first, I think having lunch before the swimming and kayaking is not such a good idea. Many people were hungry after the activities and I feel better snacks should of been given or later lunch would of been much more convenient.

Review Body: We loved the day, the transport was extremely comfortable and the catamaran was really nice. The highlight was the 6 course lunch cooked by the chef which we were not expecting! The bamboo boat and swimming was great fun too. The only negative we had was the mandatory walk through the pearl/jewellery shop in the morning on the way to Halong Bay which felt like we were being tricked and had to walk through loads of rows and several rooms full of things just to reach the food and coffee which felt disingenuous.

Review Body: We had a wonderful time on the one day Catamaran Luxury Cruise. This is the only Catamaran in all of Northern Vietnam. The boat was luxurious and brand new and it hasn’t even been a month cruising from what I was told and we were amongst the new few bunch to board the brand new luxury boat. The one day itinerary was perfect for us for the time frame we were in Vietnam. We were able to see the major sights as well as many other activities in 8 hours journey such as: Swimming, cooking class (making summer rolls), Lunch course, Tea Ceremony, Desserts, Fruits, Waterslide, Kayaking, Jet Ski (charges apply).... We had so much fun with the crew foraging crabs, snails and other shellfish under rocks from the beach which was so and Nathan our Chef on the boat cooked everything we caught for us to eat, which was great! I would like to suggest the management and crew to add this to the itinerary because it was a fun experience. I wished it was more sunny but we can’t control the weather. It was cloudy with very little moments of sun; I’m just glad it wasn’t raining. The only thing that was inconvenient is that we weren’t in the same luxury van that picked us up. The car that dropped us off was not luxurious and smaller and crowded and not comfortable. We were with rude strangers that wasn’t on the cruise with us. This is something I would tell management to improve that the luxury vehicle is the same and we are not sitting with strangers that weren’t on the cruise with us. In addition, Instead of only having Western course meals; I would like to suggest for lunch course to offer more traditional and local Vietnamese cuisine and Halal options to pick from. Lastly, adding foraging shellfish to the itinerary would be a great add on. I’m conclusion, it was a wonderful cruise and the staff on board Eric, John, Charlie, Nathan, David and rest of the crew were amazing. Thank you to all of crew team for taking care of us! Review Body: This was Samantha and my second trip to Halong Bay on our Vietnam adventure. I choose The Halong Catamaran base on their different among a lot of other Day Cruise. This is the only catamaran in all of Northern Vietnam. The boat was so luxury with many activities in 8 hours journey such as: Swimming, cooking class, Tea Ceremony, Waterslide, Jet Ski... that i never forget. Review Body: It was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed every minute. We will recommend it. I would say it's value for money and with a great guide! Do not miss it for anything in the world. It is informative, relaxing and an icebreaker as you meet fellow tourists from all walks of life with amazing stories. The tour itself is very scenic and beautiful. Please be at the hotel lobby before the appointed time. 10:00 – 10:15 STOP TO REST ON THE WAY You can relax, have a snack at the rest stop in case you haven't had time to eat breakfast (our driver also needs a cup of coffee), use the public restroom before getting on the bus to continue the journey! 11:30 – 11:45 BOARDING THE CRUISE The limousine will arrive at Dock number 25, Tuan Chau marina and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be waiting for your arrival with a big smile. A complimentary welcome drink will be served, and a quick briefing as we set off into the bay. 12:00– 13:00.
