Review Body: We cannot speak highly enough of our driver and guide, Eka. He picked us up promptly and took us to sites including Bali safari, Kintamani and lake Batur where you see some awesome views of Mt Agung which is an active volcano and the highest mountain in Bali. We had a buffet lunch there at a restaurant suggested by Eka with fabulous views of Lake Batur, Mt Batur and Mt Agung all in one! From there we went to the Tegalalang rice terraces which again are well worth seeing and are apparently a natural phenomenon unique to Bali. A visit to a coffee plantation followed where we had the opportunity to sample ( and buy) numerous types of coffee including the so called 'poo coffee' which is 'produced' by the palm civet which you also get to see! Finally we were able to visit the Teganungan water fall before returning exhausted but thoroughly satisfied back to our hotel, 12hrs after we left! Throughout this time, Eka kept us entertained with his witty sense of humour and knowledge about Bali and it's culture. As you get to know him, you will realise that he has many strings to his bow including his love of reptiles; he in fact keeps 3 snakes, 5 iguanas and a turtle and he has the injuries to prove it! He is also a keen off - roader, tattoo artist and photographer. His photographic skills were obvious when he took some lovely photos of us and was then accosted by a hoard of girls asking him to take their photos as well! It must have been a long day for Eka with a lot of driving, usually being stuck in the heavy Bali traffic but he remained cheerful and upbeat at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him and he would have pretty much taken us wherever we wanted if feasible. Where bookings were required eg Bali Safari, he phoned upfront so that we would not wait in long queues. In Eka, we have not only found a fantastic guide to Bali, whom we will definitely call on again when we return, but also a new friend. He has already invited us to meet his reptilian friends! Just a word of caution, driving in Bali is really frustrating and driving relatively short distances will take hours. Be prepared to spend more time on the road than at the site of interest and plan accordingly. For instance, if you choose to go to 'Heaven's gate' for the famous instagram photo, be prepared to drive upto 6 hours and wait 3 hours for a 3 minute photoshoot of what is essentially a fake. We chose not to do this but if this is important to you, aim to leave at 4.30 in the morning! Once again thank you to Eka and Awa for really making our tour so special.

I grabbed several brochures at the airport, but Bali Best's TripAdvisor review caught my attention. I sent a message during lunch if we could hire a car with English speaking driver for the afternoon. I got an immediate response and the rest is history. We ended up booking a package tour with Awa for 4 days. I would say Awa's good points are: -Punctual & responds immediately -Very flexible with our itinerary even accommodating going to the grocery or buying fruits which is not part of the package. He knows what stores to go to depending on our taste and need. -Good English so he can converse and provide more information about the sites -He accompanies us when possible to provide assistance -He thinks of the small things like cold water (a must in hot Bali weather!) -He manages time well without being pushy or too strict -Best of all, he offered to bring us to the airport for free. We politely declined & took a taxi from the hotel. I would definitely book with Awa on my next visit to Bali.

Review Body: We have done 3 excursions with Candidasa tour bali. We had Yudi as driver and guide for the 3 days. We really were delighted!! Prices are affordable and offers varied (compared to the tour operator we had to have initially and who told us he had only two offers because we were not on the good side of the island for visits). With Candidasa tour, the reservation was made by Whatsapp then by emails (very quick answers and very easy reservation). Everything went very simple... We took a half day with water activities (snorkeling and turtle islands) and two days with mix between temples and activities as elephant ride / rafting / monkey forest. Yudi is an excellent driver and guide !! He taught us a lot about bali and Balinese culture. He knew how to be discreet at times to give us a little privacy but was present as soon as we needed him, all with a big smile ... always ready to take a picture of you, he thought a lot of little details to make our tour wonderful (like bag of food for fish in one of the temples). It has been a pleasure for us to discover the island of Bali with him! Thanks again Yudi!

Review Body: Candidasa Tour has variety of package to choose from. We took a flyer from airport and was looking for places of our choice. Out of surprise we found itinerary what we were looking for. The agent was very friendly and responded promptly although it was late night. We can even customise the places on request. Our driver Mr. Eka was sincere, good english communication and excellent time management. We arrived 5 min earlier than planned time and our driver turned out to be a friendly guide. He explained the meaning of the names, even offered us extra places if time permits, offered to take pictures voluntarily and guided us for the most scenic spots for photo shoot. Very glad about the agency to have contracts with decent spa and restaurants. it was definitely value for what you pay. We were very impressed with the service and ended up booking the next day tour with them. It turned out to be awesome as well. Eka was very patient even when we were late and made sure that we reached on time by taking less traffic routes. Highly recommend Candidasa tours to friends and Family :)

Review Body: There are a million tour companies in Bali offering snorkeling and sunset in the same tour, but most of these take you to the terrible Turtle Island, where my girlfriend and I wanted to avoid at all costs. Thankfully, Awa came to our rescue, confirming the poor quality of snorkeling at the south of the island, instead taking us to Blue Lagoon instead, where we hoped on a boat for 2 hours, where we could feed and see plenty of fish (and a turtle). We were then given the option of Uluwatu Temple or Dreamland Beach and sunset at Rock Bar, which we opted for. Awa kept us entertained throughout the whole journey with some fascinating stories and fun facts and knowledge about Bali - he had the patience of a saint as we enjoyed the sunset from Rock Bar, which was outstanding. Lunch and dinner was also provided and we were dropped off in time for a quick swim before our pool closed. We couldn't have been happier to have spent the day with Awa and Bali Candidasa Tour, who really went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly memorable day in Bali.

Review Body: Tour was: Bali swing, kintamani volcano with lunch, tegenuingan waterfall, batuan temple The trip was just amazing as our last day in Bali and in our honeymoon as well. The choices of the places are amazing and the programme is light and totally worth it. The restaurant they took as us to in kintamani volcano is a great choice in term of view, music and quality of food. We did not want to leave. As well as the waterfall, a good and short walk down the river to see the waterfall and get pictures. We could have swam but we did not bring our swim suite. Last but not least, Bali swing in the rice terrace, amazing view and a good experience. Most importantly, our trip was amazing because of our driver Eka. He is so friendly, very helpful and amazing guide. He showed us everything and helped us have a quality trip. He took very good and many pictures of us. Needles to mention he is just the funniest guy. Thank you Eka for making out last day in Bali worth it. We totally recommend him to take you around Bali.

Review Body: Our visit to Bali was amazing and specially because we decided and have the lucky to do some tours through the island and we choose the perfect provider - Candidasa Bali Tour. First of all, it was very easy to book. 2 or 3 messages through whatsapp and everything was settle after 30 minutes (prices, dates, times to pick us up, etc). In between others we decided to do the Bali Iconic Tour, The Bali Swing Adventure, Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking and (of course) Bali Nusa Penida. We were guided in 3 of them by I Gede Lausen, that’s an wonderfull guide and make every trip memorable. We also met the owner and guide as well, Mr. Awa that took us to the Nusa Penida Tour. Also a gentleman and a great guide. So, if you decide to travel to Bali and apart of enjoing the nice weather and beaches you want to know something about the local culture, main natural landscape and “taste” the islande locals, do it with Candidasa Tour. Nice to meet you and all the best for Awa and Gede.

Review Body: Awa greeted us warmly when we met at the airport. Initially awkward, we quickly broke the ice as my family chat about almost everything under the sun during the 4D3N tour, from Bali destinations, to sharing about our countries (Indonesia VS Singapore), and even talked a bit about politics. His humility and great knowledge in the tourism industry greatly impressed me. He showed great experience in scheduling and planning the places to visit. As my group comprises of mostly elders, he made sure that the attractions we visited are more elderly-friendly. For example, when we visited the coffee plantation, he chosed the one with lesser stairs so that we don't have to struggle too much climbing up and down. I would definitely choose Awa's tour when I come back to Bali next time. An area of improvement to suggest... Maybe we aren't that accustomed to the cuisine there, but we found the first two dinners aren't that great compared to the other meals we had.

Review Body: We reached out to Bali Candidas Tour from a brochure we picked up from Ngurah Rai airport. Mr. Awa responded on WhatsApp within minutes and we were booked right away for two day tours. For the day tours, Mr. Lausen accompanied us. He was punctual, very helpful, and friendly. He gave us cultural explanations for Bali and its towns, and he patiently answered my questions as well (for example, what does "betutu" mean?) Mr. Lausen was very polite and always asked our preferences during the tour. For example, do we want to eat first or look around? What I appreciate greatly as well, is that they were never pushy or talked about money. There were no extra costs or hidden charges in our tours. Only at the end of the day, when we get back to our hotel, do I even broach payment. And we always paid what was printed on the brochure. Overall a good and impressive experience. Review Body: We had several excursion with Candidasa Tour Bali: Nusa Dua, Sun rise with dolphins (amazing experience), lunch at rice terraces (stunning view), water sports (sea walking), Turtle Island by boat with glass bottom and feeding fishes in our way ( you can get cool pictures with the animals there, too), spa and watching the sunset at a restaurant in Jimbaran beach (really recommend this one). Our driver and guide was Eka (Belek Pecok). He was always by our side to answer questions, take pictures at the best known locations and to assist in any way he can. Never lost his smile, even when we were late and almost missed our spa appointment, because we had such a great time at Padang Padang Beach with all the monkeys around us :) We had a really great time in Bali. Thank you Candidasa Tour and Eka! Looking forward to see you again next time we came to Bali :)

Review Body: Bali Candidasa Tour has organized our one day tour on Bali. Our guide and driver was Eka, polite and friendly young man with great sense of humour. He explained us not only the sites which were the part of the tour, but also many other places we were passing through on our way to the final destinations. He told us many interesting details about the history and culture of Bali. During the drive, he was ready to stop the car at any place we wanted to explore on our way to destinations which were part of the tour. We spent several hours more on our tour, then it was planned, because he was very patient and willing to allow us to see everything we wanted. He also has a great photographer skills, which we used to make wonderful photos. We want to thank him for great day we spent on our tour.

The exhilaration to see the sunrise out on the ocean and be greeted by frolicking dolphins enjoying the start of a new day is indescribable! The rest of this package is more than value for money! It was our first only girls trip out of the country and we booked this tour services by recommendation of a friend and let me tell you this was one of the best decisions we took during the trip. Our driver, Mr. lousen was so rule abiding and safety concerned and very very helpful. He was very punctual and always concerned about our likes and dislikes.he worked hard to get us the food of our liking. I reached out to him on WhatsApp. He responded to all of my questions. On the first day, Awa sent a driver to pick us up from the hotel lobby. The driver was on time. On the second day, Awa picked us up himself and took us on the excursion. He also took pictures for us while we were on the Bali swing. Awa was very nice. Review Body: Me and my wife visited Bali on our honeymoon. I wanted to go and see many places and contacted Candidasa to take me. I messaged them and got swift replies. I told them all the places I wanted to go and they set up packages for me. Our driver Eka was very helpful, polite and funny. He gave us plenty information about Bali and made our trip amazing. Eka even became our photographer and took all our pictures for us on trips, whereas other couples were asking random people to take them which isn't ideal.
