Review Body: The reasons why I'm only giving 3/5 are: 1) There was no charcoal (even if I requested a BBQ pit rental) and 2) I paid for ice bags, but there were no ice bags too. Happily they gave us the refund bag for the BBQ pit rental. I would have actually given this experience a 5/5 given the price of the rental and the kindness of the staff. Since this was a mixed bachelorette party, my sister's friends (the bachelorette at the time), enjoyed the company of the crew as well.

Review Body: Contact given in confirmation was of no use. Phone was switched off and remained uncontactable throughout. Pick up by crew was late from stated timing. Ordered and paid for ice but this info was not passed yo the crew. Area where yacht was parked was not ideal. Crew however was pleasant did their best despite all that happened.

Review Body: Good day. I am writing to express my great dissatisfaction with the experience we had yesterday during my wife's birthday celebration with High Seas Entertainment. We made our reservation on March 24th and requested a specific time from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm. This time was accepted and confirmed by High Seas Entertainment on the same day. On the day of the event, April 15th, at 2.00 p.m., I received a call from the boat crew. This call informed me that the boat was about to start its journey and that we were not at the meeting point. The person in charge told me that he was informed that the trip was from 2 to 6 pm. At 2.30 pm, one hour before my reservation, Sandy, a representative of High Seas Entertainment, called me to inform me that they had double-booked and that my trip was going to be cancelled and rescheduled. Starting from here, this is unprofessional on the part of the company, and it is unacceptable to cancel an event one hour before. I expressed to Sandy that cancelling the event was not a viable option due to the following reasons: 1. The reservation was confirmed on March 24th 2. April 15th was my wife's birthday. 3. We had already purchased perishable food and items. 4. All guests were confirmed and on their way to the meeting point. After speaking with Sandy, his solution was to assign us another boat. However, we are very disappointed with what we received and the situation we had to go through. The boat we paid for was a large boat with a very good quality audio system, air conditioning, karaoke, and various toys. In contrast, the boat we received was clearly very old and unmaintained, it was much smaller, the air conditioning was broken so it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, it had no sound system, only a small portable speaker in poor condition, it did not have karaoke, among others, which were features that we specifically chose. Upon arriving at Lazarus, as soon as the first person got into the water, one of our friends suffered a severe jellyfish burn on her arm. The crew was not trained to assist, and the boat did not have a first aid kit. We had to return to Sentosa for medical assistance. This completely ruined our entire experience and my wife's birthday, not to mention that the situation overall ended up with all the good energy and attitude of our guests as well. We definitely had a very bad day thanks to an error on the part of High Seas Entertainment after even having paid for a fairly expensive experience. After all the aforementioned, I consider it fair to receive a 4-hour boat ride for free from High Seas Entertainment with some snacks and drinks so that we can repeat this day that we expected to be special.

Review Body: The crew was very welcoming. Special shout out to the chef on-board who was so passionate about his craft, cooking us such a delicious meal. If you’re a small group looking for a yacht trip that’s gourmet-focused, head for the High Sea Yacht experience! They even offer a banana boat activity which most yachts don’t provide. Despite us going on a day with some technical hiccups, kudos to the crew who tried to keep us comfortable and having fun.

Review Body: I had a last minute add in pax and the staff was willing to allow the add on last minute. However, the figure to pay for the add on was not explained and I overpaid. However, The staffs were professional. The sea captain Jonas was friendly and knowledgeable. My son and I were sea sick and he was willing to drop by somewhere for us to recover and change the locations for the trip. We caught altogether 9 fishes with his help and made my friend’s birthday a success. The drinks free flow supposed to be included into the package was not provided though. When my friend requested for drinks, there was no water or drinks on board. Luckily we had our own bottles of water. Otherwise, the experience was great, sea sickness aside.

Review Body: It wasn’t a pleasant experience as my booking was apparently ‘not received’ by High Seas so no one showed up and we had to wait for 2hours 45mins for the captain to arrive. Also I had a little accident during the boat fishing but there wasn’t any proper first aid available on the boat. Furthermore before we sailed out, the captain mentioned that he would bring us to different spots for fishing but we ended up with just staying at one location. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
