We are with 3 and will arrive March 7 9:05 am at the airport with Batik Air. Is that normally in time for your pick-up at 10 am at the airport?

Thank you for reaching out!
Just to clarify, 10:00 AM is the check-in time for the boat, and the pick-up starts at 9:00 AM. Since your flight arrives at 9:05 AM, it might be a bit tight to make the 10:00 AM check-in, considering the time needed for immigration and luggage collection.
To be safe, we would recommend either booking the boat for the following day or finding an earlier flight. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, there is no WiFi onboard the luxury boat. However, in certain spots, you might still be able to get an internet connection from your own phone.
That being said, it's a great opportunity to disconnect and fully enjoy the experience and beautiful surroundings! :)
