Review Body: Viajamos una familia de 5 personas, hicimos el crucero de 2 noches (3 días), y todo, absolutamente todo, fue espectacular. El barco muy bonito y cuidado. Teníamos dos camarotes, uno triple y otro doble sobre cubierta, con baño propio y con bonitas vistas. Los camarotes muy limpios, muy bien decorados, la cama muy grande y muy cómoda, con grandes almohadas (2 por persona). Descansamos fenomenal. Quiero destacar la comida espectacular, fue donde mejor comimos en los 15 días que pasamos en Indonesia. En el barco felicité al cocinero y ahora lo quiero volver a hacer, porque la comida era muy variada, y todo riquísimo. Jamás habría pensado comerme una sopa allí, por eso de los reparos por cuidar el estómago, pero nos dimos cuenta de la calidad de los platos y no nos quedamos sin probar ninguno. Era mi mayor miedo, la comida en el barco los 3 días, pero será uno de los muchos buenos recuerdos que me llevo del viaje. La tripulación encantadora, todos muy muy amables y siempre pendientes de nosotros. Los sitios a los que nos llevaron preciosos, vimos delfines (esto fue pura suerte, pero los vimos), manta rayas, tortugas, mini tiburones y una cantidad de peces de colores que no había visto en mi vida. Las inmersiones de snorkeling eran diarias. Le pedí al guía que fuera más despacio, y así lo hizo, porque en España me gusta ir sin prisa y disfrutar de lo que veo, allí era todo más rápido... Pero también comprendo que eramos muchas personas que vigilar y a veces había corrientes que nos desplazaban sin que pudiéramos hacer nada... Lo que tampoco olvidaré nunca será la puesta de sol del segundo día, en la zona chilout de la parte de arriba del barco. El horizonte espectacular, con el mar y las montañas a nuestro alrededor, relajados tomando una buena cerveza fría, después de un intenso día de aquí para allá... Y esa noche la tripulación organizó una pequeña fiesta, nos enseñaron sus bailes típicos y nosotros les enseñamos los nuestros... Hay un travolting en la tripulación que le encanta bailar y que animaba a todo el mundo... Majo como el solo!!!! En fin, para nosotros, este minicrucero ha sido lo mejor del viaje a Indonesia, y hemos conocido una zona a la que algún día nos gustaría volver para ver más despacio. Mi enhorabuena a La Familia por los días inolvidables que pasamos gracias a ese estupendo barco y tripulación!!! Por supuesto lo recomiendo 1.000.000 por cien. Creo que me he explicado!!! Hasta la próxima, Familia!!! 😍😍😍

Review Body: The most wonderful 3D2N trip on Refviero boat with Martin as our guide!! The boat was beautiful, with comfortable beds and good facilities. Food was AMAZING. A variety of indonesian cuisine served for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon snacks, including seafood, chicken and plenty of vegies. Shoutout to chef Sandry! The activities were full on but worth it. The itinerary will depend on the guide, we snorkelled a lot on our first day, hiking on 2nd day and a bit of both on 3rd. The hikes require lots of trekking uphill but comes with spectacular views. If you are going during the mid-year high season (especially on a weekend open trip) be aware that there will be hundreds of other people doing the same itinerary as you, trekking trails will be extremely crowded. Komodo national park was great, we were fortunate enough to see around 5 komodo dragons despite it being the mating season. The rangers provided insightful informations. We snorkelled at many different spots which were all incredible. Unfortunately we didn't get to see any manta rays but honestly it was fine as the rest of the snorkelling was already so good with plenty of sea creatures and corals to see. The boat crew members made this trip a blast. They were well organised, professional and always friendly. Thank you so much to the Refviero boat crew & our guide Martin for taking care of us!! Tips: Bring appropriate shoes with maximum grip as the trails are gravelly. Bring earplugs in case your room is located next to the engine room (this saved our lives!) Bring a beach towel of some sort as they only provide one towel per person. Ensure your sunscreen is reef safe. We stayed in Labuan Bajo one night before and after the boat trip which was a good idea so you aren't rushing, with plenty of times to rest after 3 intense days. Sudamala Resort was perfect for us.

Review Body: I loved the trip. The crew was amazing 🤩. Each of them did the best to make us happy. They were extremely service oriented.They planned the trip perfectly well so we will not meet all the crowds in all points. Incredibly good Snorkeling experience : I have had the most beautiful snorkeling experience (and I have done it several time in different countries). The reef in some of the stops was untouched . It was like watching a National Geographic Documentary of the reef. I will never forget the experience. We saw hundreds of beautiful fish, turtoise, and rays ♥️. There is a beach where you can see baby sharks. If you want to see them, stay on the shore, you do not need to swim into the deep water. Just wait on the shore and you will see them. They come and go :) just be a bit patient. Funny fact, on this beach there are also small fishes ( pink- transparent ones, innocent like ), they tend to bite (it does not hurt, is funny). I just be aware , they are not dangerous . While sailing we also saw baby dolphins 🐬. I have cried because it was beautiful. Food on board was good :) they put a lot of effort considering how small the space in the kitchen is. The team really did the best for us to see everything. Komodo Dragon: we have arrived early to the park. And yes, we saw at least 8-9 dragons. Wonderful, unique experience . I can recommend: 1) bring a hair dryer 2) a towel, there is a towel in your room but a second one is always helpful considering that you will be swimming and snorkeling a lot. Thank you Tommy and the photographer (I cannot remember his name, but he was extremely kind ). The photographer had the BEST attitude all time. He was so kind to take nice pictures and everyone. The crew deserves an applause ♥️ And if you can afford, a nice tip. They have donde such a great job.

Review Body: I had a great experience on this Komodo National Park boat trip with La Famille. First off, the staff is absolutely incredible—truly the nicest people I’ve met in over a month of traveling Southeast Asia. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and having a great time. The food is also a highlight. They feed you like royalty—you’re honestly still full from the last meal but end up eating anyway because it’s that good. I booked the dorm as a solo 31-year-old female traveler and ended up sharing with an 18-year-old guy from England and a German man in his 40s. I felt completely safe the entire time. The group overall was a really interesting mix of ages—from an 11-year-old girl to couples in their 50s—so it felt very inclusive and easy to connect with different people. The scenery throughout the trip is absolutely unreal—easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. That said, just know that many of the activities are pretty touristy. There are a lot of boats going to the same spots at the same time. The sunrise hike, for example, was beautiful but very crowded—I was honestly ready to head back to the boat for some peace right after the sun came up. One thing to note: the AC in the shared dorm wasn’t working very well during my trip, and I didn’t sleep great the second night because of it. Definitely something to be aware of if you’re booking the dorm. Overall though, I really loved this experience—the staff, the boat, and the scenery made it 100% worth it. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Review Body: Cette croisière avec La Famille est une expérience tout simplement extraordinaire ! Le Refviero est un splendide phinisi, à la fois élégant et confortable, avec ses lignes traditionnelles, ses espaces chaleureux en bois et ses coins détente offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les chambres sont agréables. Nous avions réservé la Master Bedroom, la Superior et la Deluxe. Moi qui suis très sensible au sommeil, j’y ai dormi comme un bébé. Martin, véritable chef d’orchestre de l’aventure, est toujours souriant, dynamique, joyeux et prévenant. Se laisser guider par lui a été un vrai plaisir. Les spots visités étaient incroyables, et nous avons encore du mal à réaliser la chance que nous avons eue. À ses côtés, son ami Naufal, pétillant photographe de la croisière, nous a permis de repartir non seulement avec des souvenirs plein la tête, mais aussi avec de magnifiques photos de famille. Le cuisinier mérite aussi une mention spéciale : une cuisine de grande qualité, des plats superbement présentés… On a été hyper soignés, bichonnés, et on n’a manqué de rien (c’est le moins qu’on puisse dire) ! Nous étions 10 passagers accompagnés par 7 membres d’équipage. Leur bonne humeur constante, leur attention et leur souci de notre bien-être resteront longtemps dans nos cœurs. Je pense notamment à ce dernier soir, autour de la table, où nous avons tous dansé ensemble. Un moment de partage et de joie, dans un décor de rêve, que les enfants n’oublieront jamais. Plein de gratitude pour ce que nous venons de vivre. Merci !

Review Body: Let's talk about our 3D2N adventure aboard a Deluxe Phinisi, the KLM Refviero with La Famille. We sailed around the Komodo National Parks (entrance fees not included), with back to back activities but they were not rushed & were well-thought throughout. The Phinisi has 4 decks, 5 guests cabins, each with their own head (toilet). Our 4-bed dorm at the bottom sleeps us comfortably. But you cannot expect power jet showers in these boats ok. And no sea-sickness at all! Our fav was the sun deck, views were magnificent at dusk and dawn. The other guests preferred the sun in all it's glory. They turned off the lights at night so we can enjoy the star gazing. It was magical. All meals & snacks (unlimited kopi/coke) were included. Needless to say, it exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the chefs in the galley! We looked forward to our meals (at least 4 dishes), with their food presentation & well-cooked seafood. Mantap! Of course the crew made all the difference, always with a smile & each time they will great me, Ibu, Ibu...They even entertained kids w an impromptu line fishing session (caught nothing unfortunately). There are many other agencies/boats offering these tour packages but I'm glad I've made my choice with @seeksophiesg. Worth every hard-earned dollar with unforgettable core-memories for us.

Review Body: Appreciate the efforts of a tireless crew helping guide us throughout the beautiful journey of this magnificent national park . The weather wasn’t the best , and many of our envisaged stops were cancelled as a result , but thankful that we ar least got to see the manta rays up close . We missed several main attractions of the park , namely padar , pink beach and the taka makasaar , which I have to admit was a great shame considering that everyone was charged a compulsory visit fee. The quality of the boat matched the photos , and grateful that the initial hiccup of a malfunctioning aircon could be fixed . Meals were communal , which meant that it’s by luck you ended up with people you enjoy being with or otherwise . We ourselves had a civil and polite group . It would have been nice if they included desserts as part of the Meal set but the food nevertheless, was delicious and marvelously served. On trips like these understanding each other and patience is key , and I think most part of the trip the relationship was terse yet respectful of one another . So all in might help if we were to book a trip with friends in a group . I’ll certainly do this trip again and la famille is well operated , and safety was always assured . Thank you for this

Review Body: Une expérience tout simplement inoubliable. Trois jours et deux nuits à bord du Refviero, et c'est peu dire que nous avons été conquis. Au-delà des activités magnifiques (snorkeling avec tortues et raies mantas, dragons de Komodo à Rinca, couchers de soleil sur fond de vol de chauve-souris géantes), ce sont surtout l'équipage et le bateau qui font toute la différence. L'équipage est d'une gentillesse rare. Aux petits soins du début à la fin, ils ont su s'adapter à chacun d'entre nous, à notre caractère, à l'âge de nos enfants, avec une attention et une délicatesse qui ne se démentent jamais. Des petits gestes, des mots adorables, une présence discrète mais toujours là quand il le fallait. On sent une vraie équipe, qui aime son métier et le fait avec le cœur. Le bateau est absolument magique : confort irréprochable, sécurité prise très au sérieux, équipement impeccable, et des repas savoureux à chaque instant. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Si vous hésitez encore, ne cherchez plus : foncez, réservez avec cette compagnie. Vous ne serez pas déçus. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ces trois jours de pur bonheur en famille.

Review Body: This trip exceeded all expectations. The crew went out of their way to ensure the best experience. One of the biggest things was they adjusted the order we visited locations to reduce crowding from other boats. For example: - made the hilltop hike a sunset one instead of 4:30 in the morning that most boats do (there were only 3-4 boats there the same time as us) - ensured we visited Komodo Islands early in the morning (8 a.m.) which drastically increases the likelihood of seeing them versus later in the day (and we saw 5+ with fab up-close photos) - got us a front row seat for the bats Also, they clearly communicated what would be done on which day and in which order so we were always prepared for the next activity. We went with an ocean view room which had floor to ceiling windows on both sides of our room, and 2 chairs outside our room on the side of the boat - so we had our own balcony and little spot to ourselves! So if you’re looking for ocean view, this boat is the way because many boats do not have any sitting area outside the room and only smaller windows!

Review Body: We loved our 3 days 2 nights boat trip around Komodo national park! We are a family of two adults and a 6-year-old. The boat was well equipped and the food was tasty. The crew was super helpful and smiley even we had long and little bit busy days going around. The trip had nice balance of snorkling and hiking and just chilling on the boat. We had some super experiences with the wildlife: manta rays, sea turtles, small sharks, all kinds of coral reef fish. Our kid was especially excited aboud komodo dragons, but accompanied us for short snorkling also (had own snorkling equipment, but the life west came from the boat). One day we were supposet to get up very early to avoid rush hour in next location. It was essential to prevent sunburns, wouldn't like to miss any of the activities! All in all this boat trip was the best part of our Indonesia holiday and would surely recommend! The national park is getting quite congested even in December, but the hosts did avoid rush hours very well.

Review Body: Wow. What an incredible experience! The crew, the boat, the adventures, the food, and even the amazing people we met on board all far exceeded our expectations. We spent 3 days and 2 nights exploring Komodo National Park, and it’s honestly hard to put into words just how unforgettable this trip was. Coming from the United States, we didn’t know a single person who had done this trip before, so booking it felt like a leap of faith. We hoped it would be as amazing as it looked online—but it was so much more. Every day brought something incredible. We saw everything we were hoping to see, plus so many unexpected moments that made the experience even more special. The crew was exceptional, the food was delicious, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. This was easily one of the highlights of our entire Indonesia trip. If you’re even thinking about booking this tour, just do it. You won’t regret it. It’s an experience you’ll remember for the rest of your life.

Review Body: This was the best part of our trip to Indonesia! The crew onboard the Refveiro were fantastic. They were so helpful, English was great, always positive and particularly good with children. The onboard experience was as good as expected, and the bunk room was spacious enough for us and not loud. The dining areas and sundeck were all big enough for everyone and modern. The food onboard was as good as all the reviews say, and the team were amazing when it came to my dietary requirements. We adored the excursions, it was the best snorkelling we've done and it felt great to see animals in their own habitat, eg sleeping turtles and groups of manta rays swimming together. We also had a great time with the Komodo rangers. We noted a few things in previous reviews e.g. no dessert and no beach towels, and were pleasantly surprised to see this was no longer the case and the reviews have been clearly listened to. Would recommend to everyone!! Book this trip!

Review Body: This was such a fantastic 3-day trip, I didn't want it to end. The itinerary itself is reasonably similar to other 3D2N trips, but we loved that the crew were extremely flexible - first in the sense of re-jigging the order or days we did certain things depending on how busy those areas were, and the second being flexible with time spent at each location, they were happy to stay longer at certain places (e.g. snorkelling with mantas, and kelor island) when we were all having too much fun to finish. The beds were comfortable, the food served on the boat was incredible, and the crew themselves were so friendly and in a lot of cases really knowledgeable about the area, the nature, the wildlife, and even things to do and see once back to Flores. The boat itself was also fantastic with a couple of levels of open seating/relaxing areas. I couldn't rate this trip any higher.

Review Body: Je vais être honnête avec ce que j’ai pensé de ce trip : Au début j’étais un peut sceptique à cause du prix qui était plus élevé que dans les autres compagnies. Puis dès le premier jour j’ai totalement compris pourquoi : la nourriture était vraiment excellente, locale et en grande quantité. La croisière est assez « exclusive » dans le sens où nous étions que 11 sur le bateau ou d’autres sont jusqu’à 30. Les spots visités sont les mêmes que les autres navires mais les membres de l’équipage sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Mention spéciale au photographe (donc j’ai malheureusement oublié le nom, il est sur la photo que je joint au commentaire !) qui a été exceptionnel avec nous, aux petits soins et d’une bonne humeur remarquable ! Merci pour cette expérience, je recommande vivement !

Review Body: A wonderful trip on board Refveiro Ocean with a team of professional and friendly staff (Captain, our wait staff, kitchen and crew). All meals were beautifully prepped and were delicious. Guide Toni was responsible, made arrangements with the captain so we could avoid the crowd (even tho everywhere we landed felt crowded), took good care to guide every member of our group when we were snorkelling for manta rays and sea turtles. Having a professional photog Tomy on board was a super big bonus, esp for someone like who doesn’t own a gopro/dji. We chose and went with Seeksophie because they don’t include swimming with whalesharks because personally, I’m sitting on the fence for this one for now, how ethical or mindful tourists can be when in such close encounters with wildlife.

Review Body: Had a blast with La Famille (Seek Sophie). Tour guide Thomas was very friendly, and helpful. Everyone in the crew was very attentive, with great hospitality and the food was excellent. We were very lucky on our trip, having a fun sociable group from lots of different countries. We got to see a wide array of wildlife, turtles, manta rays, baby sharks and of course the famous Komodo dragon! As a solo traveller (29yo) I found it to be a sociable experience which can sometimes be a challenge when travelling on your own but still want the comfort of your own room. If you want the Komodo national park experience with a few more comforts this a great trip - you won’t be disappointed if you book with Seek Sophie it is certainly one of the best looking boats in the flotilla!

Review Body: Wonderful experience! I fully recommend! The boat and the cabins were beautiful and well-kept, super clean! The food (3 meals/day and afternoon snack) was amazing with a high variety (fish, chicken, veggies, rice, fresh fruit). The crew of the boat was super nice, kind, friendly! We were also super happy with our guide who was present but also let us have some time on our own if we wanted to. The planning of the 3 days was well-filled but allowed us as well to have some rest. Our guide also planned very well the activities in order to avoid the crowds! Also a nice extra: there is a someone on the boat who takes pictures with a drone and an underwater camera, that are sent later on by mail! Overall, hugely appreciated by us and again, shoutout to the crew!!

Review Body: One of the best holiday experiences we've had! Our guide Tommi and the crew looked after us so well and everything was great - from the boat itself to the itinerary and the incredible food! Our room was lovely (main deck deluxe cabin), and the boat had both sunny, shady and air-conditioned places to relax. We hiked, swam, kayaked and snorkelled and saw everything from komodos and manta rays to turtles, bats, wild boar and deer.Although there were 11 of us in total we never felt like we were on top of each other - and we were blessed with a lovely group and a great photographer who captured all of our memories without being intrusive. My main tip is to bring several pairs of clothes per day as you will get wet a lot! Highly recommended!

Review Body: Das Boot, die Crew, die Aktivitäten, die Verpflegung - ein Highlight! Die gesamte Crew bemüht sich darum, den Trip so unvergesslich wie möglich zu machen und das gelingt ihnen auch. Wir konnten mit Mantarochen und Schildkröten schorcheln, haben im Sonnenuntergang Delfine und Fledermäuse beobachtet und sahen sogar einen Komodowaran. Abseids davon gibt es zahlreiche wunderschöne Aussichts- und Fotospots. Der Fotograf schaffte es sogar, von einem Fotomuffel wie mir, ein paar schöne Fotos zu machen. Gut zu wissen: In den Kabinen unter Deck ist es auch nachts laut, weil sich dort auch der Motor des Schiffs befindet. Und da auch nachts am Schiff Strom benötigt wird, läuft dieser durch. Für 2 Nächte ist der Lärm jedoch mit Oropax erträglich.

Review Body: We have had a wonderful 3D2N trip. We loved the small group tour size (12 people). We thought the boat size and facilities were spacious and provided plenty of room for meals and activities. The captain and tour guide (Martin) were excellent in their organisation and timing of our activities. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Martin and the staff were very knowledgeable and flexible in maximising our opportunities to make the most of our day. The food was always presented beautifully and offered variety and a range of tasty and generous dishes. We are thrilled to have booked this tour as it has been such a wonderful experience.
