Using fresh ingredients without preservatives and colourings, and traditional cheese-making techniques, they craft specialty cheeses with a unique twist on local flavour to suit the local and international tastes. Their cheese is made with Indonesian milk, which offers a unique flavour based on the local climate, soil, and plant life. Started with just one customer, Rosalie Cheese has now grown to serve a diverse range of clients, from restaurants to hotels, across Indonesia.
