Review Body: This whole experience was so easy and amazing! We were able to arrange a pick up as we were outside of the designated area and it was so easy and we had great communication with Edi. Our driver for the day, Derek, was fabulous and was so knowledgeable with all the areas around Bali. He made our experience that much better! The snorkeling was also great and an unforgettable experience! I can’t recommend Gordo Bali enough!

Review Body: We did the snorkelling half day trip at Blue Lagoon. The driver who picked us up was friendly and nice. It took us 1.5+ hour drive from Nusa Dua to get to the boat - this is my fault as I should’ve checked beforehand how long the drive was. When we got there, we had to get ready in an alley - put on sunscreen, be in our bathing suits, try on the flippers etc. I’m pretty sure Gordo Bali had outsourced this snorkelling trip to another company. We then walked 3 minutes to a small motor boat. I enjoyed the 5 minute ride on the boat to the Blue Lagoon. On the boat, there was only the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young kids), and the boat driver. The boat driver didn’t speak any English. I had expected to have a better experience - with a guide that helped us out a bit more. It was clear we were struggling with the kids masks and snorkels, and the boat driver didn’t really help us. My mask was steaming up and getting cloudy - no soap or anything on board to clear them. He pointed us in the direction of where we should swim (lots of boats around) and then relaxed on the boat. Once in a while he’d give a little shout if we were swimming out of the snorkel zone. Ge did help us up onto the boat though when we were done, We were also given a plastic bottle filled with bread snorkel in water to feed the fish. I didn’t like this as it’s not good to feed fish bread - so was a bit disappointed about that. My husband brought the bottle into the water just to see how the fish would react (but didn’t open it) - the fish went nuts and swarmed him! So they’re obviously used to ppl feeding them. The blue lagoon was ok - fine for the kids very first snorkel as no big waves or current. Some stuff to see (we saw lots of parrot fish, a Picasso trigger fish, a small eel etc), but not really worth the trip if you’re someone who snorkels a lot. After snorkelling in the one spot for just under 2 hours, we went back to shore. A nice lady took us to some nearby basic showers with a changing room, and lent us towels. Overall was underwhelming, and not really worth the time or money.

Review Body: Back yesterday from a week in Bali with my 3 brothers. Used Edi & team for airport transfers and a one day trip to Ubud for a rafting & quad bike tour. Airport transfers: Putu was waiting for us with a massive smile. Didn’t bat an eyelid waiting half hour while one of us (on a different flight) came through customs. On return he was on time and didn’t mind stopping for a quick Indomart stop. Van clean & cold, bottles of water waiting & again a big smile. Rafting & Quad Tour: Picked up at 7am from Seminyak to head to Ubud. We had a bigger night than planned the night before & asked Edi to stop at Maccas for some brekky, no problem. I love the way both Edi & Putu spot things along the way and show you what they are and teach you all about the Balinese culture, answering any questions. Both of them also have a great sense of humour and great English. Rafting was amazing. After 20+ trips to Bali I saw parts of Ubud I’ve never seen before. It was not scary at all and our guide was great. After rafting and back at adventure HQ we were given a beautiful buffet lunch before gearing up for the quads. So much fun! I think my brothers could have done without me because they are all experienced riders but our guide wasn’t going to have the little sister left behind. He just waited for me and let them have a bit of fun in the meantime. The price we got for this combined tour was exceptional as was the service from both Edi and the tour operators. Edi spends time investigating these companies, trying the activities and making the best deals in order to pass the savings on to his clients. I would not hesitate to use Edi & his team in future and either would my brothers. We only got to meet Edi and Putu on this trip who were both exceptional but we look forward to meeting more of the team on future trips. Jess Mossman - Perth WA

Review Body: Gordo’s snorkelling and waterfall tour Wonderful day with our guide from Gordo’s tours. We were picked up from our villa at 8am in Seminyak and driven two comfortable air conditioned hours to Blue Lagoon. After some simple instructions we were guided to collect snorkelling equipment and then taken to our gorgeous traditional style outrigger. First stop a coral reef where we instantly found Nemo! Plenty of 🐟 and we were very happy. 2nd stop at another dive spot which was slightly rougher but we are good swimmers so didn’t feel worried at all. Had a little look around but it wasn’t as good as the first spot, so we decided to head back to the boat. I put my head down and wow!! A turtle! Enjoyed watching this graceful creature for a while as he grazed on the reef. Just beautiful! Back to the beach for lunch.. a choice of five or six dishes.. I had the Mie Goreng.. very tasty. Back in the car for the drive to Tulsa sepung waterfall. 100 steps they said!! Yep.. there were def 100!! Big ones! But the reward was waiting at the bottom! A cathedral like cave... just beautiful!! My guide had to lend me his shoes as I didn’t have thongs ( flip flops) and my shoes would have got wet! Back up the steep stairs.. with plenty of rest stops and laughs as we all struggled a little getting back up the hill! We ran into Edi’s group at all stops and he always had a happy shining smiley face!! Lots of chat on the way home as our guide taught us about cremation in Bali and showed us the prison where shapelle was incarcerated. Nothing was too much trouble.. thank you for a wonderful day! Take thongs! Wear sunscreen! Be prepped for those stairs!! Unlike the Russian princess in her high heeled wedges!! Thanks to our guide...koman (sp) and Edi! Highly recommend.. for $65 Australian! Bargain.

Review Body: My husband and my mother used Gordo Bali Tour in August 2018 and we had an absolute ball! We did the following activities: * giant swing over the rice fields which was great fun, even in the rain. Very beautiful scenery. * Quad biking with lunch included. The bikes were so much fun and you got to see a lot of the countryside. Be sure to bring a change of clothes as it gets muddy if it’s been raining! The Lunch provided was filling and very yummy. Balinese noodles, rice, satay and fresh fruit. * water sports including parasailing, jet board, donut boat and fly boat. The facilities at the beach were clean and the lunch provided was also very yummy. * lowak coffee tour and much more! We also stopped off at the abandoned waterpark on the way back to our hotel. All these activities we did as a family. My mum who is over 50 with bad knees enjoyed herself with only great things to say. Our driver Edi spoke excellent English and was always willing to learn new things about our culture (Australian) and Aussie slang. He is very knowledgeable of the Balinese culture with a great sense of humour. You will enjoy his company and tours offered if you love to have a laugh. We loved his tour so much we booked with him again in March 2019. Thank you to Gordo Bali Transport for the adventure and reliable transport around Bali and to the airport. Give GBT and try and we promise you won’t be disappointed.

Review Body: Best in bali A friend and I recently booked a day tour through Edi @Gordo bali tour and it was absolutely fantastic!! Edi kept in contact with me the whole time leading up to our tour which was fabulous he organise one of his wonderful drivers for us which he was absolutely fantastic We felt very comfortable and safe with him. Our tour was snorkeling and waterfall once we turned up at our destination Edi greeted us with a warm welcome and the same with the rest of the staff. They set us up with out equipment for snorkeling and we headed out to such a wonderful place to snorkel the captain of the boat was amazing, and after snorkeling we had a triditional Indonesian lunch which was yummo. After lunch our wonderful driver took us to the waterfalls which was absolutely amazing and all at a very good price which was awesome he took some great pictures for us which we really do appreciate very much . I recommend booking through Edi for your day trips and extras you will not be disappointed at all I give Edi a 10/10 for everything he does such a great person To meet. Keep up the good work Edi!!! And thank you once again for an awesome day!!

Review Body: I can’t recommend gordo Bali tours enough I travel to Bali a few times a year and gordo always looks after us seamlessly! From any thing we need, this trip we did a day tour included - Giant Statue - Dreamland Beach - Uluwatu Temple - Kecak and Fire Dance We were picked up at around 10am and taken to the big statue! What an amazing experience!! Then followed dreamland beach how beautiful and we also got to see wild monekys in their natural habitat on the cliff face near the secluded beach!! After the beach we were taken for lunch at at this beautiful restaurant we had some local food was probably some of the best I have eaten in Bali! Then to the temple the temple is on a cliff and just beautiful we then watched a traditional fire dance!! The whole day not a issue just pure enjoyment from the time we were picked up until we were dropped off at our hotel! I can not speak highly enough of this company and the different tour options they offer, they will fine tune any tour your heart desires!! If you want affordable, professional, top end service this is the company you need for your Bali trip!! 5 stars!!!!

Review Body: Brilliant day with lovely man! Edi took our family 2adults, 2 kids 7yo + 4yo for a tour including rice terraces, Masons Elephant Sanctuary and a gorgeous pontoon restaurant. Every step from first contact at home in Australia to after our tour, Edi was excellent! Edi also organised a Quad biking day for us and his prices matched groupons that claimed they were 43%off! That tour was awesome and I will do again next visit... my muscles are a little sore now, but in the best way! He was super accommodating for our kids needs and quickly became their new favourite person! When tired tantrums were coming, Edi stepped in and distracted, sang to and connected with our kids like a seasoned entertainer! It was amazing! The tours were great too haha. Edi had great tips for photos, food, timing. His prices were excellent and very fair. When other tourists were looking for their guides in the sanctuary for some guidance we had no questions as Edi had us covered and clearly explained everything. We have not met a bad driver in Bali yet but Edi was next-level excellent! We will 100% be using him again!

Review Body: Would recommend without hesitation Edi was nothing but helpful, accomodating, trusting & caring from the first message on FB to the drop off for our flight home in Bali. We spent a lovely 9 days in Bali with Edi by our sides for 7 of those days. We let him know what we wanted to do and he done all the planning for us. Its so much more convenient having a personal driver to show you around, and a added bonus he had cold Bintang, water & wifi in his car. We were happy with all the activities we done, everything Edi recommended was great! The service from the activity organisers were very professional also. All in all, I cannot recommend Gordo Bali Tours enough! We are so happy with the service provided & also the friendship we walked away with. Bali is a amazing place and we cannot wait to get back again!! Review Body: Wish we'd found 'Gordo's on day 1 We were lucky enough to find our very own driver, June, after several experiences with taxi drivers who could drive OK (a prerequisite in Bali anyway) but were a little...boring. His driving is breathtaking, and his English is great, he dealt with a barrage of questions about every minute detail of Bali life and customs with the patience of a saint. I learned so much, he really helped me fall in love with this special slice of paradise. I'm still raving to people about how informative and accommodating he was, and sending the Gordo's facebook link to anyone remotely interested! June is such a huge credit to you Edi! I still feel like we missed some stuff, so despite my initial reluctance to come to Bali (for reasons which now seem quite trivial!) I reckon we will be regulars, and we already have our transport sorted :)

Review Body: We recently used Edi & Gordo Bali Transport & Tours for the second time and had one of the best days I've ever experienced in Bali. We've been going to Bali for over 35 years, so coming up with something different to do (and not your everyday tourist experience) is sometimes a challenge. Edi suggested a visit to a waterfall with a Balinese blessing, a visit to a lake where we could feed the massive fish, and lunch at the pontoon restaurant overlooking the rice fields. The waterfall and subsequent blessings from the holy man was such an amazing experience. We were the only westerners there, and to be submersed (literally) in their culture was something else. A day that I will not forget for a long time. Edi explained the significance of the temple and gave us a great view into Balinese culture. Thanks so much once again Edi - you're the best!

By day three i had learnt more about Bali as each driver answered my questions than what I had learnt from my guide book. The drivers organised tours such as boat rides etc so I didn't have to worry about anything other than being ready for pickup which meant my holiday was stress free. Review Body: Look no further for the best Bali Tour Guides that money can buy, affordable tours with the most exceptional service catering and caring for your every need. We were picked up at 10 am and taken to Garuda Winsnu then to Dreamland Beach where we got to see the rock pools, enjoy the beautiful water and see the cheeky monkeys in action. We were then taken to lunch near the beach and finished off at Uluwatu Temple where we saw the beautiful sunset behind the incredible traditional fire dance on the edge of the cliff. Can't thank these guys enough for the effort and time they put into making our days a truly memorable experience and I can't wait to be back again soon to see what more Bali and Gordo Bali Tours has to offer!

Review Body: I originally contacted Edi through FB Messenger and he phoned me to introduce himself and get an idea of what our group of 6 wanted to do when in Bali. He was amazing and organised airport pick up on arrival (clean, a/c and water). Our driver, Nengah was brilliant and flexible with our needs (needed to change money and wanted to stop for lunch on the way to our Villa). Edi organised Nengah to spend the day guiding us around Bali, to a beautiful waterfall, lunch and shopping. This company is very affordable, has great English, a great understanding of our needs as holiday makers but most importantly was so friendly and lovely. Review Body: Would highly recommend Edi and his team. They looked after me and my teenage daughter on our holiday to bali. Recommended the best places for us to go and organised tickets and drivers for all our trips, which saved me worrying whether i’d chosen the best option, made it all stress free and also saved us money on tickets and tours. My daughter wasn’t well in one of the trips and Edi arranged for his driver to collect her something to make her belly better. The drivers we had were really lovely with lots of local knowledge and made my daughter and i feel like we were in really safe hands. Will look forward to seeing them all again on our next trip. Itinerary Description: 08.00 am: The driver meeting you at the lobby of your hotel and register. 08.15 am: pick up and transfer to the site. 09.30 am: Snorkel and explore the colourful corals, variety of fishes like angel fish, butterfly fish, parrot fish, lion fish and more. Look out for cuttle fish that often seen here hanging in the water. See them changing colour to camouflage themselves or to warn off other creatures. 11.30 am: Get onto the boat and return.
