Review Body: This truly felt like one of the best and most luxurious ways to experience the stunning beauty of Halong Bay! As someone who loves to indulge a little, this luxury cruise was absolutely perfect. From the moment we stepped on board, everything was seamless and thoughtfully designed to make us feel pampered and relaxed. The rooms were beautiful, and the gourmet meals were delicious with oysters and lobsters. The level of service was exceptional and I loved how they went the extra mile, even addressing me by name when serving meals. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Halong Bay experience! But maybe book the 3D2N one, 2D1N felt a little rushed and we weren't ready to go back!

Review Body: Our 2 days / 1 night trip on Elite of the Seas exceeded all our expectations. The cruise is incredible. The cabins very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The program is perfectly organized. Great lunch, 8-course fine dining menu, breakfast. But the most important is the staff. They treat each passenger like very special guest, they are so kind, friendly and helpful. We would like to thank Tony and Brian, they made our trip unforgettable, it was 6 stars service😃

Review Body: Luxurious and relaxing experience on the cruise. The staff were really polite and accommodating, they even assigned individual “butlers” to every group and were really attentive to our needs. Although the schedule for 2D1N was a little packed so it might feel really short if you want to try your hands on the activities but also want time to unwind and use the cruise facilities. I imagine it would be better if we did the 3D2N trip instead.

Review Body: A once in a lifetime experience for us . I had taken some time trying to decide which cruise to take while in Halong Bay as there are many to choose from . The Stellar of the Sea was at the high end for us but I bit the bullet and booked for the one night and I am so so glad I did . It was amazing . We were so very lucky to have the lovely Cindy as our personal butler and she was such a genuine kind and caring person . Always there to help when needed but also not hovering around all the time . She shared some really interesting information about the bay and Vietnam. She made us both feel so very special. The boat itself is well maintained and our room a senior suite was lovely. I had mentioned to them it was my husband birthday and they had gone out of their way to decorate our cabin and at dinner provided free of charge an amazing birthday cake and flowers as well as singing to him. The food was amazing and all so tasty. There was everything from a five course sit down lunch to a hugh BBQ and a wonderful Vietnamese buffet lunch Jay the boat manager did an excellent job checking in on everyone to make sure they were enjoying themselves.

Review Body: Every group has a dedicated butler. We were very fortunate to have Antony look after us during our 3 day 2 night stay. Professional, dedicated and attentive to service, he was readily on hand to support us during our entire trip to provide an amazing experience. Not only during service for each meal, he also made sure we were well looked after during our excursions, e.g. preparing sandwiches so that we wouldn't go hungry when away from the cruise boat. Manager Rachel was also excellent in looking after us from the moment we arrived at check in at the pier to the moment we arrived back on land. Whilst the cost is higher than other cruise options, you get top quality accommodation, amazing professional and friendly service throughout the cruise, set menu fine dining for the opening lunch and all dinners, live piano performances for breakfast and dinner, and a fun collection of activities throughout. It is highly well worth it when you consider that everything is included in the package. Each room also gets a 500K dong voucher to spend on drinks throughout.

Review Body: Alex (Quy) was simply incredible! Keeping us up to date with everything on the itinerary and ensuring our vegetarian requests were very well catered for. He was funny and ready for whatever questions we had. Harry and Tony were also stars and kept us entertained and informed throughout! We stayed on floor 1 and had no issues whatsoever. The room was wonderful, food fantastic and tours were well planned and executed. This appeared to be the best boat of all the Halong Bay cruises you could choose from, even better (and newer) than AClass's sister cruise Stellar of the Seas. 2 nights should be your minimum, 1 would feel too short given how far you have to travel from Hanoi.

Boo made our trip even more memorable and even wrote us a handwritten note, gave us some travel tips and went above and beyond to give us the best experience! Review Body: Everything was so perfectly thought out. The staff were amazing, the crew were so welcoming and the views were stunning! I suffer from a severe nut allergy and we are both vegan and our butler Eric and the chefs accommodated to us so amazingly. It made our trip stress free and so enjoyable.
