Review Body: I loved this 1 n 2 d boat trip to halong bay. The food was great. A lot of fun, interesting or relaxing activities. The boat can have 24 people. Its Really cozy. You get the chance to interact and make fun with the other passengers. Our guide did everything with pleasure and made it a pleasant and funny trip.

Review Body: Two fold review: 1. “Seek Sophie” provided me with no communication when i had questions. I reached out by phone number given on reservation confirmation, their website and email provided weeks before trip. The only response i got was 2 days before the trip when a message finally came through the website, which was not helpful when i was trying to get the address of port and make shuttle arrangements in advance. 2. “Cozy Vietnam” was the company that hosted the 2 day cruise, made all arrangements, communicated details, met us at the port and hosted us throughout the journey. They were amazing. The boat was older and a bit slow on the water but had clean bedding/towels, incredible food, excursions, activities, etc were great! Over all the experience was well worth it.

Review Body: The trip was nice, our guide took care of everything and we were able to just enjoy the surroundings. What could be better is the itinerary - the first stop we had in Ha Long Bay was a very small island (Ti Top island) with a viewpoint on top and a beach, but apparently most boats come here so the island was very crowded. We would have preferred to either come at a different time or not to come at all. Also, the photos of the cabin we saw on Seek Sophie website do not match the real life at all. We liked our cabin, but our expectations were very different. Overall, I would still recommend this trip, especially the kayaking part was great:) But make sure you come in the warmer months if possible as it can get pretty chilly on the boat in winter.

Review Body: Judging by other reviews around this time, ours seemed like it was less busy in comparison - I guess we just happened to get lucky and book on a Sunday night when there were not many others. Because of this, we did not have to wait in lines with throngs of other tourists, although it was busy. Halong bay is absolutely beautiful although the large number of tourist boats and plastic garbage is sad to see. As for the tour, our guide, Duong, was helpful and kind. His English was great and he had a fun personality and connected well with the group. The cruise staff were also friendly and helpful - some even joined in an evening karaoke session with us and Duong which was fun! The rooms are basic and small, but as other reviewers have mentioned, you donÕt spend much time there. The top deck of the boat had lounge chairs and was a beautiful spot to take in the scenery and relax when we had a few minutes to spare. The food was plentiful and good - we let them know beforehand that we were vegan and they were able to accommodate us with many tasty vegetable and tofu dishes. Would recommend!

Review Body: We did the one day cruise. Great value for money. We had such a lovely group and it was soul-food to chat with the other tourists. The tour guide Yuan (Juan?) spoke good English and had a happy presence. The food was excellent and there was plenty... Tip: donÕt eat much brekkie on the day you go because as soon as you arrive there is a mountainous meal of local delicacies that youÕll want to try!! We fitted in a lot - amazing cave tour, then next was a climb up Ti Top mountain via stairs .. this island felt a little crowded but the sunset view from the top was the bomb. Our Ôcooking classÕ was a bit basic... wrapping fresh Vietnamese paper rolls.. but they were delicious and our kids absolutely loved that. We tried to do squid fishing after dinner but it isnÕt the season .. still, fun to do with a beer in hand and some good chats with the lovely others. Morning felt a bit early but coffee worked. Pearl farm visit eye opening and kayaking fun. Family room tight.. a little smelly, sewage or toilets maybe, but not an issue really... Really nice experience and well worth the money. Jo

Review Body: Trip was organized very well. Bus with our guide Thang picked up us in our hotel in Hanoi around 8 AM. Then it took around 3,5 hours to get to the harbor where we get on the boat short after. Our cabin was cozy and clean with private bathroom. We then have a lunch that was very well prepared with lot of options after that we went to one island with a cave and one with the view and beach. Unfortunately weather was rather cold so we could only enjoy the view. Thang, our guide, was very helpful, nice and spoke good english. He was always there when we need something. Second day we went to pearl farm the tour was quite short but we could do kayaking in Ha Long bay which was just amazing. Thang even notice from my passport that I have a birthday and get me a delicious cake! I think this tour is everything you can hope for in this price range. Would definitely go again.

Review Body: The tour is great. We travel right before Christmas. The plan had been on 21-22.12, however, even during the peak season, they still allowed us to change the date to 22-23.12 without any extra cost. Big Plus here. The room is quite fine, really good values for the money. The boat in general is warm and "cozy". The tour guide is fantastic. He was really caring and helpful. He's sophisticated enough to know what to do the best for the whole tour and tricks following our attractions. The scene is spectacular, I heard that you hardly find other places having same impression. The itinerary is quite typical. Most likely 90% of the tour in Ha Long bay having the same things. That's why you're going to find it extremely crowed in some attractions. That's why the role of the tour guide is even more respected.

Review Body: Really nice stay on the boat we had. Our tour guide and the boat staff were spot on. Food was brilliant and the bed was really comfy. Nice shower too. And our boat itself had plenty of room for the amount of passengers. Unfortunately, just dropped a rating because of how busy all the places you visit are. We seemed to just arrive everywhere in a big wave with 200 other boats, so was hard to enjoy it at times. HaLong Bay isn't getting well looked after. Waters were polluted and filled with litter. The air from all the boat fumes isn't too nice either. You can get some really nice photos if you are patient and look for the gaps in the crowds and boats. I'd recommend to anyone who can handle over crowded destinations.

Everthing from pick up/drop from/to Hanoi was impeccable.The cabins were beautifully done up with attention to detail.The level of cleanliness was very pleasing. The food was sumptuous and cooked with involvement.The various experiences were very well organised and conducted.Thw complete experience was very enjoyable and satisfying.I would strongly recommend this cruise. Review Body: This was the first time that me and my boyfriend join the tour in Hanoi for 2 days and 1 night of Ha Long Bay. The view on the vessel was definitely amazing. The people that we met throughout the trip was super friendly. The one that impressed me the most was Sugar, our tour guide. His English was good. His communication and arrangement throughout the trip was superb. My bf is a vegetarian. Sugar had the crew make the vegetarian food for him, which was super sweet and thoughtful. He is the best tour guide that I have ever met. In a word, the money is well spent for the trip.

Review Body: The Classic Cosy Bay Cruise was a brilliant experience. Our tour guide Tam was very warm and friendly towards the entire group and made us feel safe and at home straight away even from the moment we were picked up from Hanoi on the bus. I would thoroughly recommend this cruise for anyone who would like to explore Halong Bay. We enjoyed a cooking class, kayaking, island tours and a cave tour. All of which were worth seeing despite the cave tour being very busy and crowded with other tourists. Overall it was a great experience!
