Hana started roasting and brewing coffee in 2014 before training at the SPC Coffee Academy in Seoul. In 2016, she returned to Saigon to create 96B Experiment, a cosy space above a pastry and chocolate shop. For Hana, enjoying coffee is about staying open-minded and appreciating the effort behind each cup—there’s no right or wrong, just what you like.
Her co-founder, Thái, left a corporate job after realising coffee was his true calling. With experience from living in multiple countries, he brings a unique perspective to design, marketing, and long-term planning.
Together, they work to highlight the diversity of Vietnamese coffee beyond Robusta, sourcing directly from farmers and continuously learning to share the best of Vietnam’s coffee culture with the world.
