Review Body: Off the beaten track cycle tour of HCMC with the wonderful Quang. As it was low season I was the only rider booked for the day so essentially got a private tour of the city. First time to Vietnam so was a terrific start to the trip to get to see several districts outside of the main tourist area of District 1. Several stops for food and drink along the journey, all sensational. Absolutely awesome experience riding through the madness of the city roads but Quang was so clear with directions so felt safe even in the most hectic of roads! Could not recommend this trip highly enough.

Review Body: We enjoyed exploring areas that are not usually visited by tourists, and experiencing local traditions. The history of Chinatown was particularly interesting, meeting some locals and understanding the importance of the temples. Our guide, Ti, was excellent. He navigated us safely through the traffic and gave us great insight into the city. Our questions were welcomed. Recommend this tour if you want to have a break from the shops and get a deeper understanding of Saigon. Nothing like cycling to immerse yourself in the city

Our guide Duc was super friendly, gave us lots of great information about different spots we stopped at, and he kept us safe when we were cycling through all the different districts. I learned a lot about the history of some of the districts we saw. It was great seeing some other parts of the city that I might not have seen by myself. And getting to navigate the roads on two wheels is an experience I will remember for a long time.

Review Body: Ti and Ben were first class guides! We felt so lucky amidst intense morning heat - energetic, empathetic and super enthusiastic to share the local culture! A fantastic cycling tour that truly gave us insight to local community life, tasting local freshments and fruit, and navigating swarming traffic like pros on our “pushies” thanks to their excellent biking leadership. We’ll do it all again with Jackfruit and Seeksoph!

Review Body: Most thrilling yet safe bicycle tour in a big city like Saigon with lots of two wheelers on the road. Our guide Duc was fantastic with the explanations of different districts giving us a good glimpse of how daily life goes by. We were very well taken care of by Jackfruit team. Review Body: We had our best day there in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City. The guides are excellent and extremely friendly. The journey on the less traveled roads filled our eyes and heads with splendid images. The experience also allowed us to see how (and where) the inhabitants of Saigon live. I highly recommend visiting the city like this with the Jackfruit Adventure team.

Review Body: The Off The Beaten Track tour of Ho Chi Minh was incredible. Riding the streets and seeing so many places we would never have known about was a one-of-a-kind experience. Dung was the best tour guide, taking us to drink tea, eat banh mi, telling us the history and stories and seeing beautiful views of the city. His love of the city shone through.

Review Body: We were picked up for our tour on time by T our tour guide. Once we were fitted out with bike and helmet, we set off, We felt safe 99% of the time, I had an issue that my 14 year was stuck in the middle of the road while the guide kept riding. After expressing that I wasn’t happy with not having a guide behind us, that was immediately fixed by another guide being called to ride behind us. Overall we enjoyed our ride and riding down the back lanes and alleys of Ho Chi Minh. After chatting to the guides they tell me that a group of 4 or more will go with 2 tour guides 1 in front and one behind. I feel that even if it’s 1 or 10 riders you need to make sure there is 2 guides, just for when your turning across the traffic its just much safer.

Review Body: I booked this activity for my family of 4 and I had a wonderful experience for myself. However, this can’t be said for my two teens as they were terrified and uncomfortable to navigate the heavy traffic with the motorists on the main road. Despite having said that, I would still strongly recommend this activity for those who are confident on the road, get to learn the districts history and experience the local culture, where the guides will bring you to try their local dessert and herbal drinks from a local Vietnamese Chinese Uncle. Overall, our guides, Christian and Duc, have been nothing but helpful and friendly.

Review Body: The most thrilling experience we’ve ever had in Vietnam and out of this whole trip FOR SURE. The spots we went to were also quite interesting and off the beaten path, and there were no tourists in sight which was great. We bought some fruits at the market and got to enjoy it at a local food stop that felt like a spot I wouldn’t find on my own as a tourist. The guide was also really warm, friendly and great at sharing about the spots we went to. Fair warning though: it's for the real adventure seekers, it can be quite scary cycling on the extremely busy streets (and even a highway!) of Vietnam

Review Body: I had the best soaking (pun intended 😂) experience with Curly during Explore Saigon’s Hidden Mekong Island by Bike! Curly felt like a little sister, taking me around and showing me the scenic, less-touristy side of Ho Chi Minh City. The experience had such a lovely local touch, especially when we stopped by her auntie’s house and I was welcomed with a refreshing coconut drink 🥥❤️ We had such a lovely conversation with her auntie despite the language barrier, and somehow, we still managed to connect and have a great time together. It poured heavily that day (I definitely brought the rain with me from Da Lat 😂), but honestly, I didn’t mind at all. Getting soaked, cycling around, chatting and bonding with Curly made the whole experience even more memorable. If you want to escape the usual touristy landmarks and experience a more authentic, local side of Vietnam, book this tour! Highly recommended 🇻🇳🚲✨

Review Body: We did the Saigon’s Last Mekong cycling tour and would recommend it to anyone - one of the best tours we have done! Our guide Curly was so fun and energetic, we had so many laughs & she explained everything really well. Thanh’s support was also great! The tour showed a side of HCMC that we would never have found on our own, it was such a nice break from the city chaos, cycling through the coconut forest and little streets. The balance of cycling to stops was perfect - and there were plenty of drink stops to stay hydrated even cycling on a hot day. For us, the stops to the temple and to Curly’s auntie’s house for fresh coconuts were the highlights, but the whole experience was just great - cannot recommend it enough!!

Review Body: We had a wonderful day cycling around Hanoi with the two guides of Jackfruit Adventure. The tour was truly off the beaten track and as we "followed the flow" of Hanoi traffic, we almost felt like locals ourselves. While Hanoi traffic can be overwhelming, we felt safe at all times. Exploring a city by bicycle gives you a completely different and more intense experience. Although we are experienced cyclists, being supported by our guide Aiden made it special, because he shared so many details, answered all our questions and made us feel truly welcome. We would highly recommend the tour to anyone who wants to get to know more of the city than the famous sights and who enjoys being close to real life.

Review Body: Our Guide for our half day cycle trip though the Mini Mekong was Duc. He was excellent guide. His passion for nature and culture was very evident. He was very knowledgeable and we left with a better understanding of the local history and culture. The many stops along the way were a blessing as I had not been on a bike in 2 years.😉 Drinking tea in a local house, visiting the temple, the local market and the 1970's apartments was something we would not have discovered only for Jackfruit Travel. It was a brilliant 4 hours. Thank you Duc for a brilliant experience 👏
