Review Body: This was such a sweet and heartwarming experience. It was one of those that felt like time was not enough, and wish we had more time to spend with the dogs. The dogs were all super gentle, obedient, and easy to be around. What really stood out was how well they’re cared for, you can tell the rescuers genuinely love what they do. Elizabeth and Carmen also shared some really meaningful stories that gave us a better understanding of animal welfare. It felt inspiring without being preachy, and definitely made us appreciate their work a lot more. Our hearts go out to every one of those dogs, and we’re so grateful that someone like you is championing such an important rescue effort on their behalf.
We’ll certainly be recommending this experience to our friends! 🐶❤️

Review Body: I loved my morning at Laws for Paws! I got to take two of the dogs a walk with Libby and hear about how the charity started and future plans for it. I then gave one of the little ones a bath, done some general cleaning and finally, lots of cuddle time. It’s a great opportunity and the kind I had been looking for throughout my time in Asia. If I ever return to Ho Chi Minh City, I’ll be back and would urge all animal lovers to go and help out and learn about the important work they are doing!

Review Body: A shelter that is run very properly, with much consideration and deliberation in mind. Super clean and peaceful environment that houses rescue dogs.
I love how the shelter considers the needs of various stakeholders (e.g., neighbours and dogs) in their operations.
If you're coming to Ho Chi Minh on holiday or living here, do consider this. Your support is greatly appreciated.
My rating: 11/10 - If I come back to HCM again, I will definitely visit Laws for Paws.

Review Body: I was fortunate enough to take 2 great little buddies on their morning walk. And I hope to do so many more times on my return.
This is definitely something that I’d recommend fellow dog lovers do, when they’re visiting Saigon.
The shelter was exceptionally clean. The dogs all looked happy to be there and be off the streets. And all of the people I met, from the owner, the students and the other volunteers were all great.

The other volunteers I met were also so great and you can immediately tell they all care so much about the wellness of the animals. If you’re looking to adopt, look no further!!! Review Body: Elizabeth and her team have created a safe and peaceful sanctuary for the most lovable strays. All the dogs are friendly, calm and are well behaved during walks. This is a dog forward tour meant to educate visitors about the organisation and an opportunity to show the dogs some love. It's not a place to come and create content. It's all about the dogs, not you.

Review Body: I wish there were more dog shelters like this one! It's so clean, the dogs have plenty of space to play, and you can see how Elizabeth and the team do their work with so much love.
I could only go once since I'm traveling, but that's also good because even if you are in Saigon for a few days, you can volunteer! It's such a great way to spend your vacations

Review Body: I had a really fantastic time at the shelter. The owner Elizabeth showed me everything and told me interesting things about vietnamise people and their attitude towards dogs. I was able to walk with a dog and help to bath a dog and there was much time to cuddle all the lovely dogs there. I can highly recommend this trip!

Review Body: Amazing place! Went here for a walk with the older dogs in the afternoon and then had major cuddle time with all the dogs and puppies! It was the best. They take real good care of the dogs and organize all these amazing events for charity. The owner is a very nice Australian lady. Go here to fill up on some dog-lovin’!

To date, over 800 dogs have been rescued, nearly 700 rehabilitated, and 600 rehomed into loving families.Unlike most shelters, this one is fully open with no cages, no concrete pens. Elizabeth started her organization in 2019 after seeing too many dogs in Ho Chi Minh City left to suffer without help. Rather than waiting for change, she built a safe space herself – a no-kill, cage-free shelter run entirely by volunteers. Since then, the team has rescued hundreds of dogs, helping them recover and find new homes. Elizabeth’s approach is hands-on and community-driven. She believes caring for animals is part of caring for people too – that by promoting animal welfare, you build a safer, kinder place for everyone. Through school visits and local outreach, she’s also helping the next generation grow up with empathy and respect for animals, people and planet.
