Explore Komodo with a boat that has a rare canoe and fun karaoke nights
This is one of the more affordable but still comfortable Komodo boats out there. It’s great for solo travellers, with two dorm-style cabins that are cosy and comfy where guests have mentioned they sleep really well (pro-tip: bring earplugs!). And with a small group size of just 14 guests, it's easy to meet other travellers and make friends along the way.The spacious sundeck has beanbags that are perfect to lounge on, read a book or take a nap after snorkelling. This boat also has canoes (rare feature that's not offered on most boats) so you can have extra fun on the water. And when the sunsets, enjoy a lively karaoke session with your new friends after dinner!Bonus: Your onboard photographers will make sure all your wildlife encounters and special moments are perfectly captured and sent to you after the trip, so you can just be present and enjoy the adventure. What to Expect:Comfortable Voyage: A spacious phinisi boat with both private and shared cabin options to meet your preferences. Small group size of 14 persons.Safety & Support: All essential safety equipment and an experienced crew ensure peace of mind. What's Included: Hassle-free trip with meals, snorkelling gear, local guide, and even a karaoke setup.Komodo New UpdatesThe Komodo National Park Authority has issued new regulations which require visitors to preregister and pay for their park fees in advance in order to secure their entry, previously park fees were collected directly from customers on the day of the trip. As a result we have included the national park fee into the price of the listing as of 10 April 2026.Due to a significant increase in fuel prices in Labuan Bajo—rising from IDR 14,200 to IDR 23,600 per liter as of 18 April 2026—a fuel surcharge of IDR 300,000 per person will apply to all new bookings starting from 29 April 2026.Good to KnowThe itinerary is subject to weather conditions and may change accordingly.Snorkeling equipment is provided, but you may bring your own if preferred.Suitable for all fitness levels, though some hikes involve steep terrain.Interested in a Rangko Cave visit? Add this stunning experience to your trip – swim in crystal-clear blue waters inside a hidden sea cave (min. 2 pax required; for solo bookings we will send a top-up invoice)Below is the estimated schedule for the Rangko Cave visit:Rangko Cave visit will take place on the last day after your boat trip12:00 PM – Arrive at the harbor12:00–12.45/13.00 PM – Travel from the harbor to Rangko Village (approx. 30 minutes by car) and short boat ride from Rangko Village to the cave area (approx. 15 minutes)1:00 PM onwards – Enjoy time at Rangko Cave (duration flexible, depending on how long you’d like to stay)Return trip – 15 minutes by boat back to Rangko Village, then 30 minutes by car back to the harborPlease note, the itinerary is subject to change, and all timings are estimated. The actual schedule may vary depending on sea conditions, tides, and weather on the day.Flight Planning Reminder:As the Rangko Cave visit takes place on the final day of your boat trip (Day 3), the activity is expected to conclude between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, depending on how long you choose to stay at the cave. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, we recommend booking your departure flight after 3:30 PM on Day 3. Ideally, allowing additional buffer time would provide a more comfortable transfer to the airport.Boat Facilities Dining AreaKaraoke SetFree Flow Mineral Water, Coffee, TeaSundeck with Synthetic Grass & Lazy ChairCommon SpaceSnorkelling Kit & CanoesCabin Details2 Private Cabin Sea View: Double bed + extra bed + ensuite bathroom1 Sharing Cabin Sea View: 4 single beds + ensuite bathroom1 Sharing Cabin Sea View: 4 single beds + sharing bathroomChild Pricing:If you plan to bring kids, please check with us in advance to confirm availability.Children (below 5 years old): Free of charge and will share a bed with the guardian.Children (5 years and above): Same pricing as adults.

Meet your host

We are Diana and Yunan, husband and wife team - 2 former corporate workers and travelers. One day, we had the opportunity to visit Labuan Bajo and fell in love with the landscape, the nature, the experience of living on board, the city and the people. We kept coming back to Labuan Bajo with many friends before we finally bought our boats, resigned from our jobs, and move for good to Labuan Bajo. We hope to see you here soon!
