Review Body: I was on the Osiana Alo, 3D2N, April 24-26 and had the most amazing time! We had 9 destinations for the 3 days and it was the right balance between activities and downtime to relax on the deck. The cabin - the air conditioning was lovely and cool, the cabin was a good size and the bed was very comfortable and clean. Food - wow, absolutely delicious meals which were like works of art, so colourful, creative and very filling. I'm vegetarian and the cook always made a little side dish for me which was so generous and thoughtful, but not needed as there were always plenty of vegetarian dishes. The afternoon snack of fried bananas were so good as were the vibrant fruit "mocktails". Photographer - is onboard and takes numerous videos and photos with a go pro and camera which are made available to the passengers after the tour. The crew - Auz/Ozzie was the tour guide and a colourful character. He kept us informed of the activities, what we need, etc and kept everyone happy and excited. All the crew were professional , happy and friendly and I always felt safe and in capable hands. Everything ran like clockwork. On the last night we had a dance party and the crew put on a great show, we all danced and had a ball. This boat fits 14 passengers and we had 10 onboard which was nice as there was plenty of room. After seeing some of the nearby anchored bigger boats with lots of passengers I was glad I chose this boat. Tips - there's lots of swimming and snorkelling so bring sunscreen and maybe a rashie as it's easy for your back and shoulders to get sunburnt. Bring cash as there are local beers for sale on board. On Komodo Island, Pink beach and Kelor Island there's refreshments and souvenirs for sale. Also, when you're anchored some boys from the nearby villages paddle out in canoes and have some locally made souvenirs for sale.

Review Body: We spent 3 days and 2 nights exploring the breathtaking Komodo National Park aboard the Osiana Alo, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, the crew made us feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire trip. They were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had the best possible experience. The facilities on the boat were exactly what we needed: comfortable cabins, good air conditioning, hot showers, and plenty of space to relax on deck while enjoying the stunning scenery. The lounge nets at the front of the boat quickly became our favorite place to unwind between destinations. A special mention goes to the food onboard. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and surprisingly varied. We genuinely looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. The quality of the food was far beyond what we expected on a liveaboard trip. Of course, the destinations themselves were spectacular, Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo dragons, manta rays, and countless stunning viewpoints—but what truly made this trip special was the crew. Their energy, professionalism, and warmth created an atmosphere that felt more like traveling with friends than being on a tour. If you're looking for an authentic, well-organized, and unforgettable Komodo adventure, I cannot recommend Osiana Alo enough. We would book this trip again in a heartbeat! 🌊🐉☀️🚤

Review Body: Fantastic experience and some of the best days of my six month trip around Asia. We started our trip in Labuan Bajo and after a short drive we arrived at the first amazing beach. I have never seen such crystal clear water before and the crew photographer took some stunning pictures of everyone. We continued our ride into a beautiful sunset and watching hundreds of flying foxes leave their homes for the night was incredible. The second day was pretty packed and we got up at 4.30am to be on time for our sunrise hike. Watching the sun rise over the horizon from the top of the hill was a beautiful moment. One of the guests proposed to his girlfriend here and you couldn't choose a more picturesque spot. After this start to the day, it was all about swimming, snorkelling and, of course, meeting the Komodo dragon. In the evening we had a lovely boat party and had a great time. If you are looking for a great and unique experience, this is not to be missed. The crew were so cool and nice. They really made us feel welcome. My wife and I stayed in a dorm room and the beds were really comfortable. The food was lovely, tasty and we enjoyed our little family meals. There is a box with ice if you want to bring your own drinks on board as they only provide water, coffee and tea. So stock up on some beers before you go on board.

Review Body: From start to finnish this trip was fantastic. Before we even arrived the service we got from the booking team was exceptional ! Quickly replying with an answer to any question we had, they could not have been more helpful! The whole crew were exception on the boat and couldnt do enough for us ! From providing beautiful and delcious meals to showing us their epic dance moves and karaoke skills ! It was such a suprise to have a designated photographer on board too - he was fantstic at making you feel relaxed whilst having your photo taken ! The boat itself was lovely, comfy beds in bright spacious rooms that were fitted with excellent aircon and modern clean bathrooms ! The outside areas to relax were modern with big squishy bean bags and sun loungers, there was always a seat for everyone too! The dinner served on the top deck was fantastic too !! We have been travelling for 7 months in asia and this is has been one of our favourite and most memorable trips ! The whole trip was well thoughout out, considering there are so many tours on offer we ever felt we were antwhere too crowded, but still visited all the key sites ! We cannot thank the team enough ! We felt like part of the family whilst on board !

Review Body: Everything about this trip was honestly absolutely amazing. The staff were all lovely, great fun, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The food was exquisite and catered for all diets, the views were incredible and the amount of encounters we had with a number of amazing animals was just so cool. We saw Manta rays, turtles, reef sharks, so much beautiful coral and colourful fish, Komodo dragons, flying foxes, water buffalo giant clams and even a pod of dolphins! The beaches we visited were really spectacular some of the clearest bluest water I’ve ever seen. We shared a room which was basic but comfortable and had AC that worked very well meaning there was always somewhere to cool off if needed, although tbh we were either in the water on moving on the boat sitting on the beanbags in the breeze which was perfect for us. The photographer worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy with their pictures and diving down to get the best views of the animals in the water with the go pro. I can’t recommend this experience enough, words and pictures don’t really do it justice you just have to be there.

Review Body: We had an amazing time for all of our 3 days on the boat. It was genuinely one of our best trips in all of our 2 months spent in Indonesia. The crew was so sweet and friendly and our guide Wir made a huge effort to educate us on the places we visited and talk and get to know us. The snorkeling was world class with taking us to the healthiest coral reefs I’ve ever seen. The food was so good. At times the food ran out before people could get second servings but there was never any waste so we appreciated that a lot. The dorm room was tight but very comfortable beds with working AC. The days are packed with activities but you do get downtime when traveling between the islands. It’s worth the schedule to see all that Komodo has to offer. The professional photography was out of this world and we left with so many gems of photos. They really know what they are doing and planned this perfectly so we could avoid crowds and get some stunning photos. I’d highly recommend this company as it had the most reasonable price for everything we got to see and experience.

Review Body: Would have been good to know that there is no beverage on board except water. It says you CAN bring your own but you actually have to bringt your own in case you want a cold beer for sundown :) I was traveling alone (female) and haven’t been asked if I want to share a room with three boys. Not a problem for me but it could be a problem for other women, so it’s probably better to inform before. The shared toilet / shower is …. Very basic… as it’s also shared with the crew. Not a big deal but we had a female crew member who lost lots of long hair in the shower and didn’t remove afterwards - as part of the crew I would have expected at least a basic cleaning. Bring ear plugs! The electricity generator was right next to our room and startet at 11pm until sunrise. It was even loud with earplugs 😬 Except that everything was awesome and the crew was nice and friendly and took lots of effort. The food was amazing :) I would still recommend it, the scenery is unforgettable and the snorkeling was so far the best. The snorkel equipment is very good.

Review Body: All the staff on the boat were really friendly and helpful, and they were very attentive to every single one of our needs. They made sure that we were always having a good time and would never hesitate to lend a helping hand. Our guide Wir was very knowledgeable and funny, always sharing lots about the islands and spots we were visiting whilst our photographer Konan would never hesistate to whip out his camera anytime he spotted a photo worthy moment to capture for us. The boat staff Billy also made us feel really welcomed everytime when we returned to the boat and it was a really enjoyable trip, especially the dance party we had on the last night with all the staff and guides joining in on the fun! The boat itself though is a little small, and might be a bit of a squeeze in the common areas if they are at full capacity but it wasn’t anything too serious & the water pressure of the showers is a little weak but still manageable too. All in all, I would really recommend this to anyone looking to visit the Komodo Islands on a 3d2n boat trip!

Review Body: The three days in the boat were amazing. The area is beautifull and we have seen manta rays, turtles, baby sharks, flying foxes offcourse and so much more. But the crew made the trip really special. Our guides knew when to go really early to avoid most of the crowds. The captain made sure we had a smooth journey and a place to sleep out of the wind without waves. The chef made amazing breakfast, lunch and diner in his tiny kitchen and on his bbq. And the crew members kept everything tidy and made us feel very welcome. The boat itself was comfortable with a lot of outdoor space, also in the shadow. And the beds were surprisingly good! The only thing for Improvement is that the boat is advertised as recently renovated. I realise things age fast in Indonesia, especially at sea. There were no serious issues with the boat but it was not what I expected as recently renovated. Definitely an amazing adventure and I would recommend anyone to go in this trip!

Review Body: This trip exceeded my expectations! The scenery was stunning. Even though some places ended up being crowded, we were there often just before or after the hordes. Hiking up to the viewpoint at 4:30 to be the first was totally worth it! The food was great, lots of fish, some tofu and veg. As a vegetarian, there was enough choice for me although more veggies would have been great. The boat is simple, a few bean bags on deck and wooden benches in the dining area. I shared a room with 3 other people which was fine, room was clean and bed was comfy. Thomas, Jack and the rest of the crew were amazing. There was a briefing every day about the activities and what to bring. The pace was good, there was enough time to explore and relax on the boat or on the beach. They took time to take photos of everyone, drone shots and underwater videos. The snorkeling was fantastic, I saw beautiful coral, turtles and even a 3 metre big manta ray!

Review Body: The staff went above and beyond to help us every second of the trip. The food was AMAZING, different variety each day, plus always catering to the allergies we had on board! Beds were comfy, toilet and showers worked well. During the day the nets & beanbags were great places to relax. They tried their best to steer us away from the crowds, but most were unavoidable, and this caused some delays. Another thing to note was on the last day we visited the baby shark island, unfortunately the beach was so crowded, and the baby sharks were constantly being chased and grabbed by children. It’s seems quite unethical & cruel for the poor baby sharks, in other countries you are not allowed to enter the water to protect them, so seems sad to see in Indonesia. - this is not at all a reflection of the team, they were very knowledgable & respectful of all marine life and animals, just as a note for these trips in general.

Review Body: We had a wonderful experience, and like many other reviewers have said, it was a highlight of our time in Indonesia. The pacing of the itinerary was about right, and we got to see and experience everything that we wanted. Thanks Ozi, and crew for being flexible and using your expertise when things didn’t quite go to plan. For those thinking about taking this trip, I can fully recommend this! It is worth noting that you will require some level of fitness as you’ll be walking up hilly trails, as well as snorkeling. However if that’s not your vibe, it’s not mandatory and you can sit it out. We went towards the end of Sept and the weather was perfect. If you’re expecting something like a 5-star cruise, then this won’t be it. We did however still found it very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. I was even surprised to have hot water shower!

Review Body: Wow wow wow. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience! Our two guides from La Famille were amazing, giving us plenty of information each day and taking care of all the photography, leaving us hands-free and ready for all of our adventures. The snorkelling was incredible at every site, and the early mornings were so worth it. The boat itself was great - starting with a relatively small guest capacity (10). The beds were so incredibly comfortable, and the deck was fantastic for relaxing in both the sun and shade. And the food...I have never had such good food as part of a group travel experience, let alone on a dive boat! The chef is incredibly talented, and very creative. The whole crew were so lovely and enthusiastic. I HIGHLY recommend this experience, particularly for solo travellers.

Review Body: The most amazing 3 days ever! We were on the Osiana Alo boat and the crew were the greatest people. So funny, so kind, and so happy to help you with anything and everything. They changed our itinerary to ensure wherever we went it had as little other boats as possible meaning less tourists .This was the best tour I have done on my travels so far and it was due to the amazing service the crew provided. We got to have a lot of fun during the days and had many great karaoke moments at night. You can bring your own alcohol on board if you like as they have a box of ice with space. Shoutout to Rholland, Martin, Dex, and the rest of the crew for making this a true local and fun experience. I can’t rate this tour more highly, it’s a must to do if you are in Labuan Bajo and Komodo area!

Review Body: Absolutely fantastic! Everything was so good! It’s a budget friendly tour but you get so much! The itinerary was made by our great guide Tobi so we skip the crowds and get to places nice and early so we were often on empty beaches. He did amazing and was so respectful, friendly and gentle. The things you see and do are the most beautiful I’ve ever experienced all in 3 days! We saw mantas, turtles, dolphins, sharks, Komodo dragons, bats etc ….The food is beyond expectations, really tasty and it looks so beautiful on the plates too, they make so much effort. The staff is so helpful and even make photos along the trip.The boat was comfortable and everything works perfect! I brought earplugs for the engine sound which is helpful but slept like a log. 💯 % recommend this to you!

Review Body: This tour was the highlight of my month long Indonesia trip. The crew were fantastic, so friendly funny and helpful. The guide, Ozzy, made the trip incredible. He was so knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with, and was the best guide I've had. I also appreciated that they made sure no guests touched the coral or animals, and tried to educate all guests about safety for the animals, locals, and environment, so it really felt like our group was being as respectful and aware of wildlife as possible. The food was great, the boat was so much fun and very comfortable, and all of the activities were planned out so that we weren't there at the busiest times or surrounded by other tour groups (as much as is possible near Komodo). I couldn't recommend this trip more!

We us there was a intern, she was the loveliest woman ever super attentive to our being and always in a good mood 🙂 Our tour guy Zack/jack was always available for any question and to take amazing photo for all of us, he shared with us his traditions, making us a part of the crew, full of nice stories and good times, thanks to his abilities and knowledge we were able to see mantas, turtles and baby sharks! Review Body: This experience was 1000000/10! Everything was incredible from the food, to the staff, the excursions, the boat all amazing. We stayed in the dorm room it was clean and comfortable and it was a perfect way to do the Komodo trip without breaking the bank! The schedule was perfect, with lots of insanely cool activities without feeling too packed or rushed- there was also lots of time to enjoy hanging out on the boat! Shout out to awzy and the rest of the team for being so amazing and keeping the energy high, they always made sure everyone had photos as well! You get to snorkel in the most beautiful reefs in the world. I’ll never shut up about this trip- book it you won’t regret it!
