Private 4D3N Komodo boat adventure with epic nature at your own chill pace
This 4D3N private Komodo boat trip takes you far beyond the usual tourist trail. This is perfect for small groups of friends or families who want to explore Komodo in a more personal, relaxed way. With your own private boat, you’ll explore the very best of the Komodo Islands - from sunrise hikes on Padar Island, visiting the famous pink-sand beaches, and spotting Komodo dragons, to snorkelling with manta rays and turtles. The itinerary is also flexible and customisable to suit your group’s pace and interests.Unlike the typical day trips or packed liveaboards, this private trip gives you the flexibility to set your own pace, and enjoy time on the boat - the spacious sundeck with beanbags for lounging, fun karaoke nights, sunset drinks on deck. The boat even has canoes (a rare feature on Komodo boats) so you can have extra fun on the water together. You’ll also be well looked after by an experienced crew and treated to delicious Indonesian meals daily. If you’re all about nature, but also appreciate having your own cosy cabin and great food on board, this one’s for you. What to Expect4D3N private sailing with your own group at a slower, relaxed paceHike to Padar Island’s iconic viewpoint at sunriseMeet Komodo dragonsSnorkelling and canoeing included — snorkel with turtles, reef sharks, and (if you're lucky) majestic manta rays at the famous Manta Point.Swim and relax at the unique Pink Beach and other hidden island gems like Gili Lawa and SebayurCatch the magical bat migration at sunset at Kalong IslandKaraoke evenings, comfy bean bags on the sundeck, and unforgettable stargazing nightsFlexible itinerary tailored to your group’s pace and preferencesKomodo New UpdatesThe Komodo National Park Authority has issued new regulations which require visitors to preregister and pay for their park fees in advance in order to secure their entry, previously park fees were collected directly from customers on the day of the trip. As a result we have included the national park fee into the price of the listing as of 10 April 2026.Due to a significant increase in fuel prices in Labuan Bajo—rising from IDR 14,200 to IDR 23,600 per liter as of 18 April 2026—a fuel surcharge of IDR 3,600,000 per trip will apply for trips starting from 27 April 2026. This surcharge applies to all trips, including existing bookings that have already been fully paid, as it was not included in the original trip price.Good to KnowThis is a private trip exclusively for your group (up to 14 people)Itinerary may change depending on sea/weather conditionsSpace is limited — while the boat fits 14 people, close quarters are part of the experienceKomodo National Park entrance fees are not included — prepare some cash for thatPlease note that your host will contact you the day before the trip to confirm the pickup details and price, as pickup and drop off is not included. Meet your host

We are Diana and Yunan, husband and wife team - 2 former corporate workers and travelers. One day, we had the opportunity to visit Labuan Bajo and fell in love with the landscape, the nature, the experience of living on board, the city and the people. We kept coming back to Labuan Bajo with many friends before we finally bought our boats, resigned from our jobs, and move for good to Labuan Bajo. We hope to see you here soon!
