This is a good way to experience local life in Mekong Delta - this includes a 2D1N stay in a twin or double room of Coco Home, a rustic homestay made entirely from coconut trees (even the sculptures!). All meals are included in this package, and the price also includes a boat tour along the Mekong Delta River to a floating village.
Upon arriving at Coco Home, you will be treated to traditional southern cuisine for lunch, and your day of exploring begins! Your journey starts off with a visit to the local village and you will get the chance to hop on a boat that will take you on a scenic ride along one of the Delta's distributaries. Along the way, you can choose to follow a local fisherman to buy fresh seafoods or remain on the boat to enjoy the beautiful sunset while sipping tea.
The next day will be free and easy, we recommend you check out the rambutan garden just nearby!

Meet your host
Hien Duong, a former local guide in Vinh Long, embarked on a new adventure with her family when she decided to start a homestay. Not only that, she challenged herself to make it almost entirely out of coconut trees! Some 4000 coconut trees, which grow abundantly in the Mekong Delta and are a sustainable eco friendly building material in this part of the world, have been used to build the homestay. Everything from the walls to the bowls is made from coconut. It's an impressive site to behold!
