Review Body: This place was so good, all of the staff were so lovely and happy! This was my first experience staying overnight at a dive resort and it exceeded all expectations. Their organisation, communication and value for money was amazing, I’d highly recommend staying here. The resort its self was very nice, it has an amazing view where you can easily see the sunset, it has loads of hammocks and the rooms were really well built and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable too. As a young solo female traveller I felt extremely safe at the resort and with the staff, I never once felt uncomfortable during my stay. The dives themselves were awesome, I got to dive with two different dive masters and they were both excellent and knowledgeable. Despite only being there for fun dives they helped me work on my diving techniques, including weighting and buoyancy, I felt so calm on the dives and my air consumption improved because of this. It was the perfect balance of fun and jokes whilst also being able to get the most out of my dives, this definitely improved my diving confidence too. The equipment (and the boats) seemed to be really good quality and well looked after. The boat usually goes out with a mix of snorkelers and divers, they seem to be pretty flexible at arranging the specific trips people want. Unfortunately, they don’t have their own sipidan permits (hopefully soon) but they can easily arrange this in advance with a different company, which they did for me, the company they use is to the same high standard as them and the equipment is really good quality there too. You never had to worry about the buffet style food running out, it was really tasty and always a generous portion. But my favourite thing here has to be the staff, they were always so happy and friendly it’s clear that they all really enjoy their jobs. Each night they would be singing and sitting around chatting which was really nice to see too. I hope to come back one day, I had so much fun here. Amazing dive sites and amazing people, thankyou guys😁😁😁

Review Body: We give it 100 out of 10. We came to Bigfin with the goal of getting our Open Water certification, and not only did we get it, but we also took away wonderful memories of the place and especially the team. Tony, our instructor, did an excellent job, he really looked after us and showed us some incredible underwater things. Thanks, Tony! The rest of the team was also wonderful, always very attentive if we needed anything. In addition, the location is stunning, with incredible views and picture-perfect sunsets. Without a doubt, one of the best places we've been to in Malaysia. A piece of our hearts will always be in Bigfin.

Review Body: We spent 4 nights at Bigfin Divers. All the staff were delightfully kind. We couldn't ask for anything they didn't provide. The rooms are simple, but all air-conditioned and clean. I haven't slept in such spotless bedding in my entire stay in Malaysia. The food was satisfactory. There was a shared fridge for guests. You can buy canned beer on site. The boat transfer and 3 meals are included in the price. At our request, they also prepared tuna from the local market, for which a special thank you! 🙏🏻 It was very delicious. The view from the rooms is beautiful!

Review Body: Just an amazing experience from the beginning to the end ! I went there to take my PADI Open Water and a few fun dives. The instructors were really kind and helpful, giving tips and practical advice to improve as fast as possible. The diving sites on the different islands are just stunning, loads of fish, turtles, rays and beautiful corals ! A must dive location ! Regarding the resort itself the whole staff is great, people are cheerful and funny. The food is really good and the rooms great ! Cannot recommend it more for a stay on Bum Bum Island !!

The food is very good, and the excursions are truly high-quality, with a small group compared to the competition! We had a slight scheduling issue on the last excursion, and Ella went out of her way to find a solution. The boat shuttle service is included in the price, which is a real plus compared to the competition, where shuttles can cost the same as the price of the night!

The people who work here are infectiously kind and cheerful. We went on several excursions and were thrilled! I recommend this property to anyone looking for a few days of relaxation and adventure. Review Body: We loved our time with Bigfin 🐬 We stayed here for two nights and I dived for 3 days. The staff is amazing, easygoing and so chill that makes the whole experience very relaxing. The food is also delicious with an open buffet for all the 3 meals of the day. The bungalows are located on Bum Bum Island where there’re no big shops, restaurants or anything so please take that into account and buy anything you might need before coming here.

Itinerary Day 1

Itinerary Summary: Bohey Dulang hike and snorkelling at Sibuan and Mantabuan

Itinerary Description: 9:00 AM – Bohey Dulang Island. Begin the day with a hike up Bohey Dulang to one of Semporna's most spectacular viewpoints overlooking the turquoise lagoons of Tun Sakaran Marine Park. The trail is short but steep, so closed shoes are required. 11:00 AM – Sibuan Island. Continue to Sibuan Island for snorkelling in clear waters, followed by a packed lunch on the beach or boat. 1:00 PM – Mantabuan Island. Enjoy a second snorkelling session at Mantabuan Island, known for its healthy coral reefs, colourful reef fish, and occasional sea turtle sightings. 3:30 PM – Return to Semporna. Head back to Semporna after a full day exploring the islands.
