Meet your host
Elise is someone who loves learning, exploring, and sharing what excites her. After 15 years in corporate finance, she made a big shift—now guiding others as a coach and soon-to-be psychologist. Her sourdough journey started quite naturally during a visit to her cousin Antoine in 2023. He shared his starter and recipe, and to her surprise, her first loaves turned out beautifully. What began as a personal discovery quickly became something she enjoyed passing on to friends. Now, she runs weekly workshops in French or English, creating a relaxed space where people can learn and connect. Her favourite part? Hearing that someone’s homemade sourdough has become a regular part of their family life.
Experience: 2 years
Speaks: Fluent English, French
