Review Body: Was a bit worried about going for this class because I have zero pottery experience and am not very good at art (drawing/painting). But the friendly, patient and experienced instructors were there at every step, demonstrating, teaching, guiding and coming to help us whenever necessary. I loved that I got my own freedom to apply the different techniques I learnt and get the instructors to help me when I was struggling. I finally get why people say pottery is so therapeutic - the 2-2.5 hours passed by so quickly! Pro-tip: It's best to come to class with an idea of what pieces you want to make (if you have an image reference that would be best) so that the instructors can help you bring your vision to life. :)

We all had so much fun and feeling of fulfilment seeing our pottery pieces coming along, by our own hands, in nicely guided shapes. Review Body: It was my daughter and my first experience with wheel pottery and it was great fun. It seemed easy and difficult as we tried our hands on it but the warm and friendly instructors made it an engaging experience. It was fun and my teenage daughter enjoyed it a lot. She is looking forward to the glazing of the pottery we made. A must try!

Review Body: We did the workshop with my teenage daughter and we really enjoyed it. The instructor is very patient and that’s great as it is more difficult as it seems! Working with glaze is very satisfying, nearly like a mindfulness session. It was fun too doing it with a family member. The location is great as it is luminous and well ventilated.

Review Body: A 12-yo, 37-yo and 65-yo had a fantastic time at 3Arts. The instructors were ever so patient and joyful and dedicated. They took pride in giving us clear, digestible instructions while being so encouraging when we spun out of control. 10/10 will recommend.

Review Body: The instructor was very patient and attentive to us. Teaching us proper technique and showing us the proper way to do pottery. It was our first time experiencing pottery, so we have much to learn, as we found out it was much harder than it looks.

Review Body: Had a great time! Wheel throwing is so fun! And it forces you to be present in the moment, as your hands are too dirty to be reaching for your mobile phone. Roland our instructor was super patient. Had a great time bonding with my friend!

Itinerary Description: Wheel-throwing demonstration - please be punctual as the steps to pottery are crucial for learning. Classes will start promptly.Wheel throwing uses the electric pottery wheel.
Use the coordination of both your foot and hands. The foot presses on the automated pedal to control the speed of the spinning wheel.
Create your own artwork under the guidance of an experienced teacher.
Return for painting and glazing your artwork at the scheduled time.

Want the full pottery experience? This 2-lesson bundle is for you! Learn the whole process, from shaping clay to final masterpiece. It's perfect for beginners and a great way to support a unique mission.Why choose thisMost pottery sessions will have the instructor glaze the pieces for you - so you'll only learn one part of the pottery process. This 2 lesson bundle takes you through the entire process of doing your own pottery, from creating the clay piece on the potter's wheel to glazing the fired up product. Perfect for beginners who want to learn the entire pottery process!Session 1: Wheel-Throwing (2.5 hours)Get hands-on with the mesmerizing pottery wheel! Your instructor will guide you through shaping techniques, and you'll walk away with your own creations ready for glazing. It will take a few weeks for your piece to be fired up, and you will come back for a later session to glaze.Session 2: Glazing (1.5 hours)When your pieces are ready (at a time agreed with your instructor), you can learn to glaze and transform your pieces with color! Choose your glazes and learn how to apply them. Your finished works will be ready later, a beautiful reminder of your creative journey.Important Note:If you are not able to attend the glazing class as arranged with the staff, please inform them 48 hours before the class via email or phone.
