Their experiences are shaped around the idea of exploring Scotland through whisky, while keeping a strong connection to local heritage and community. What makes them distinctive is this unusual blend of Scottish whisky storytelling in the heart of a Peranakan neighbourhood. They also try to keep things as low-waste as possible, with thoughtful, sustainable preparation behind the scenes.
