It’s steep, but the views at the top make it totally worth it.Trail Difficulty: Moderate. The hike involves steep, uneven terrain and takes about 1 hour to ascend. Descending takes approximately 1 hour as well.About Argo WulanArgo Wulan is a hidden gem that most visitors to Bromo miss. It’s a 45-minute hike to a peaceful viewpoint at 2,600 meters above sea level. The trail is quiet and scenic, and at sunrise, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and the misty volcanic plains—all without the usual crowds.TipsLunch and dinner are not included, your guide will take you to the local restaurant and you can pay cash there.Fitness Level: Moderate fitness is required for this hike, especially for Mount Batok’s steeper sections.Horse riding is available near Mount Bromo but is at your own expense (about IDR 200,000)At Bromo please bring a face mask to avoid inhaling ash or getting it in your eyes.Clothing: Dress in layers.
