This is a 2 Day Advanced Open Water Diver course for divers who already hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification. You will be taken on a deep dive and learn how to navigate underwater. After that, you get to pick the 3 remaining dives according to your preference. The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is a 2-day course, during which you will complete 5 dives total and work through some theory with your instructor. There is no exam, so all you do is dive and have fun. Upon completion of your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, you will be allowed to dive anywhere in the world up to 30m and you will be prepared for dives in almost all conditions. There will be one dive guide to every 4 divers. 

What You’ll be Doing

Day 1:

Today, you will fulfil your required dives and acquire new dive skills!

Day 2:

Today you will get to free dive in Komodo National Park as you learn more about buoyancy, fish identification and exploring wrecks!

Meet your host

Flores XP Adventure is an adventure company based in Labuan Bajo, specializing in unique and original adventure tours in Komodo National Park. They are committed to sustainability and have participated in accreditation training on environmentally friendly diving and snorkelling practices. They have pledged not to use plastic bottles in their trips - instead, they have installed refilling stations in their boats and provide refillable bottles and bamboo straws to guests. In addition, there are solar panels installed in all their boats for lighting and they recycle oil to create fuel additives to reduce pollution and fuel consumption. Finally, they take part in a coral propagation program to replenish their house reef!
