Relive your childhood by learning how to make old-school kueh-kuehs and snacks in a unique farm-to-table experience hosted at The Sundowner! Held only once a month, this 2.5h experience will introduce you to the exciting world of kueh-kuehs. It will bring you through hand-making these delectable treats that we used to gobble up as children. Start off by harvesting the freshest leaves from banana trees and pandan plants growing atop our rooftop farm, and learn how to hand-make them into 3 different delicious tea-time snacks. Some things we will make are Kueh lapis, Naga sari, and Putu ayu.Finish off by tasting your creations fresh off the steamer baskets. Bring a box to take some home to share with family and friends! As a value-add The Unexpected offers on all its experiences, your hosts will take photos of your experience and share them with you after (free-of-charge) so it's very Instagram-friendly too!
