From the start till the end, the customer service has been fantastic. Anil was very welcoming and friendly during the pick up and drop off. Our guide for the whole trip, Filipi was very knowledgable and experienced. He took good care of us and kept our spirits high with his dad jokes 😅. And the food was delicious! Loved the variety of veggies served for our meals. 😋 would highly recommend booking with them.

Highly recommended. One of the best tour group I have ever joined. The whole experience is seamless and fun. Food is great and the caves are amazing. Tour guide is engaging and professional. The climb to the Mulu Pinnacles is especially rewarding and the view at the top is nothing but spectacular.
They even arranged a room for me to get a shower on the last day after the trek before I catch my flight.

Operations Manager Anil is very responsive and helpful. And so are their service staff. Special thanks to our guide Phillipi who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the environment. We had a wonderful experience trekking with him 🩷

Our trip to Mulu with Tropical Adventure Tours and Travel was fantastic. Everything exceeded expectations; from the caves to the Pinnacles climb. Our guide, Phillipi, was excellent. We enjoyed the wonderful jungle atmosphere, on the hikes and at Camp 5. The Mulu Marriott hotel is also very much recommended.

Was great from start to finish. Kai our guide picked us up from the airport and was brilliant. He went above and beyond in making sure we had a great trip. We were able to see all of the caves and the bat exodus was a personal highlight.
The pinnacle climb was very challenging but very rewarding. The only problem I have with this experience is that the Seek Sophie website does not stress the difficulty enough. The pinnacles climb is a high risk activity and a very challenging climb even for advanced hikers. Please research more into the climb before you book this tour, as I feel the level of risk is not clearly stated in this advertisment.
The pinnacles should not be advertised as a hike. It is a climb.
We also learned that the youngest age to climb the pinnacles is 16. This is not stated on Seek Sophies website.
I want to stress that Kai made us feel very safe and that this negative is purely to do with Seek Sophies advertisment for the tour.

Really enjoyed the caves and the climb. Special thanks to my mountain guide Philipe who is great in looking after me throughout. Without him I will not be able to complete my hike to the Pinnacles. He is very detail in everything along the way from the caves visit to the climb and back camp 5. All the other staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing except that we didn't know when was the canopy walk so we were woken up by the guide at the time we were suppose to start it.
Except for that nothing to say. It was perfect and our guide Kay is amazing ! Really friendly and he gave us a lot of information about everything ! We really like him !
