From the start till the end, the customer service has been fantastic. Anil was very welcoming and friendly during the pick up and drop off. Our guide for the whole trip, Filipi was very knowledgable and experienced. He took good care of us and kept our spirits high with his dad jokes 😅. And the food was delicious! Loved the variety of veggies served for our meals. 😋 would highly recommend booking with them.

Highly recommended. One of the best tour group I have ever joined. The whole experience is seamless and fun. Food is great and the caves are amazing. Tour guide is engaging and professional. The climb to the Mulu Pinnacles is especially rewarding and the view at the top is nothing but spectacular. They even arranged a room for me to get a shower on the last day after the trek before I catch my flight.
