This was a magical experience and i got to know so much more about fireflies! I hadnt seen them for years and Seeing them here brought me back to my childhood❤️ Its so inspiring to hear how passionate the people here are about the project, the heart and soul thats poured into it is felt. If you want a unique experience and support the project of bringing back the fireflies I can not recommend visiting this place enough! I also loved the cooking together!

This was a magical experience. Our kids enjoyed it so much and we did as well!

Great experience. Seeing the fireflies was very fun but the cooking was out of this world. Wayan and his family were wonderful hosts.

Did a last minute booking with a friend on Friday night for the following day...and we didn't regret the decision.
The whole package- from [punctual] pickup, the "light" breakfast, the bike tour with the several interesting stops, the rewarding lunch and then the drop off- was awesome! Shout out to Ben and his trainee Dude for their knowledge and patience with us! Must do: the off-road trail 🤗
Do I recommend: 💯 %

A great experience from booking to bike and back… Amin our guide was super friendly and knowledgable and led the tour at a steady pace. The journey through the jungle off road wasn’t too tricky and I’d recommend you take it as it’s beautiful. Breakfast and lunch were delicious too. Would recommend this trip and Amin

Visiting Rumah Konservasi Kunang Kunang was an unforgettable experience that gave us deep insight into Indonesian culture and true hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and made to feel like part of the family. The experience was not only enriching for us as adults but also deeply engaging and educational for our young children (ages 2 and 5). They learned and discovered so much about nature and local traditions in a way that was fun and memorable. The food was absolutely wonderful – authentic Indonesian dishes prepared with care and flavor that told a story of tradition and love. Communication was easy thanks to the excellent English skills of our hosts, and their readiness to help with any request made the stay even more enjoyable.A special thank you to Krishna for kindly bringing us back – your generosity and warmth made a lasting impression. What Rumah Konservasi Kunang Kunang contributes to the preservation of nature is truly important and admirable. This is not just a place to visit, but a meaningful project worth supporting.
